"Quick, Easy, and Rewarding Experience"

**Overall:** Overall, Flex Surveys gave me a smooth, quick, and rewarding experience I truly enjoyed, and I do recommend Flex Surveys.

**Pros:** "What I liked most about Flex Surveys was how quick, simple, and rewarding the surveys were" and how understandable the questions were.

**Cons:** What I liked least was that some surveys filled up way too quickly and were unavailable to me and some were again too long.

"Perfect for the medical field"

**Pros:** Flex surveys is perfect for the medical field. We have the chance to undertsnad pre existent medical conditions from the patient before the appointment. The software is also great for feeback and patient's reviews, the ease of use turns it into an excellent choice.

**Cons:** The interface can be confusing sometimes, especially for first-time users or teams without technical experience. Customizing the design could be a good option.
