Likewise, all the information is compiled to create a more accurate database with the collected data and thus understand employee engagement and performance. Cons I can't say that everything has been perfect because sometimes the system is slow to load information, but it's a matter of patience and waiting; otherwise, everything works well. Based on Flex’s recommendations, we simplified our surveys which resulted in higher participation rates and more sound data.
