It is useful for storing, organizing, and sharing files, and I like being able to access my documents from different devices. There is a small learning curve with some features, but once it is set up, it works well for everyday file management. Pros I like that Zoho WorkDrive keeps files organized in one place and makes it easy to access documents from different devices. Sharing files and folders with other people is also simple, and the interface is fairly easy to navigate. It ensures secure internal sharing which includes password protecting files to ensure data security. With ability to restrict downloads on specific files, it ensures no data loss or unauthorized sharing. Pros There are several addons to the “standard” file sharing that make this quite worthwhile. We use the Snap tool to screen record and share for trainings. Further, sharing content outside the org is more secure as external users need to verify identity first. The doc management and admin features are standard and quite good. Cons Users need to install additional tools to use workdrive and the integration to Microsoft suite of products isn’t as good as OneDrive. July 31, 2026 4.0 The price of Zoho WorkDrive is adequate for a small HR team, and the functionality is good. It's work around but it does help alleviate a number of problems we've been dealing with when it comes to document management and team collaboration. Keeping all the content in one location simplifies things, particularly when assigning tasks or discussing materials as a class and not worrying that something may be lost. The support team has responded when we have contacted it, so it's reassuring. Pros File sharing and document management for our small team has become much less stressful. I really like the ability to set up everything in Team Folders as this allows us to keep anything client specific separate and easy to find. The search functionality is actually very accurate and will help save time when we need to retrieve ROD materials rather quickly. It also plays nicely with some other tools we use, eliminating additional steps. Cons The platform is good, but storage tier is a bit small for our expanding business; upgrading the storage of course costs us a lot. I also want more refined permissions with regard to access of files, there's some compromise here between ease of use and security. It has helped us reach our goals about that process. Pros Zoho Docs has allowed us to add information to sheets with color diagram and timetable, and open new possibilities for data management in our office. Everything is self-contained and everyone on the team has access to sharing method view and upload any kind of data. Cons Generally, the program is working well, but we have been limited by small issues with synchronization, which is very slow from time to time based on technical restrictions.
