Pros: It easy to use and manages all aspects of employee progress from onboarding.
Cons: It need time and training to fully utilize all its modules

Overall: This leave module is simple and easy to use. Technical support is responding fast for troubleshooting. Standard leave rule page allows complicated setting in accordance to different policy. However, for operations in multiple locations with 100 hc, the layering of user set up may need further enhancement in order to simplify the process (holiday calendar, approver/manager's view, LeaveRule). Best if it can remove the welcome page on user's login.
