"Review Gatekeeper "

**Overall:** Very positive - simplicity of the system well adapted to small organisations

**Pros:** The system is intuitive and easy to use.

**Cons:** Not customizable enough. The system of permissions should be more flexible

"2024 Product Review "

**Overall:** Good not great, but extremely functional for our current needs. I think the capabilities with Gatekeeper have a ton of promise, like the AI Extract and the Dashboard optimization, but it has been difficult to get the platform to do much more without added manual work on our end.

**Pros:** I like Gatekeeper's dashboard feature displaying all contracts input and executed agreements showing year over year. It is really easy to run a report if all the meta data is entered correctly. I also really like how sound of a contract repository it is.

**Cons:** The number of account turnover and the constant push to use GK workflows when our business is just not designed nor equipped to have workflows at the moment.
