"Strong contract management platform with useful automation features"

**Overall:** Its a solid contract lifecycle management platform that helps improve visibility into contracts and vendor relationships. The automation features save time and reduce manual tracking, while the centralized repository makes document management much easier. There is definitely a learning curve in the beginning, but once everything is configured properly, it becomes a valuable tool for managing contracts and compliance activities

**Pros:** It centralizes contract and vendor information in one place making it much easier to stay organized. The search functionality is helpful for quickly finding agreements, and the automated reminders for renewals and key dates help reduce the risk of missing important deadlines. I also liked the workflow automation features, which help streamline contract approvals and reviews across different team

**Cons:** Platform can take some time to learn, especially when setting up workflows and permissions. Some customization options are not very intuitive and may require additional training. I also found that reporting can be a little confusing at first until you become familiar with how the data is organized

"Solid tool for security management"

**Pros:** It's pretty good at managing our access controls and keeping track of who's supposed to be where. The dashboard is quite informative, giving us a clear overview of our security posture. The audit trail feature is also a big plus for compliance reasons.

**Cons:** The user interface could be a bit more intuitive in places. Sometimes finding a specific setting takes longer than it should, and a few of the error messages aren't super clear. It took a bit to figure out some of the advanced configurations.
