The user interface is well-designed for efficient MS Word use. Fits the budget and instantly resolves your issue with work hours. Pros It's convenient that every minute is kept on the computer as a Word document. Work can be made simpler by employing icons to denote roll calls, voting, motions, and bookmarks or cues. My recording can be saved to my computer and shared online as I like. I can also transfer it to a CD, DVD, or any other storage device I choose. After that, transfer it to the network just like any other file. A truly outstanding meeting-related application. Cons For beginners, using this application like an expert can be a little challenging. In certain situations, guided tutorials can be beneficial. But, if you work in that industry, using this fantastic program will come naturally to you. It is a low-cost app with a functional, professional UI. I'm quite satisfied with the software. Pros The meetings were easy to capture without any issues with the image quality or motion throughout the recording process. Both the resolution and the acoustic support were quite excellent. While the meeting was being recorded, I didn't lag. Since I was able to focus exclusively on the meeting and avoid thinking about other things, my performance went fairly well. I use this program as reassurance whenever I participate in or host a conference. One must spend time figuring out how to arrange things and make better use of all tools. But it was a good experience after that.
