My inspections are now organized, recorded, and nothing gets missed by using the templates. I would have a much more difficult job, if not for HappyCo. Pros With the various inspection templates, I can easily document the condition of each of my properties while out in the field. With HappyCo, documenting before and after with photos, I am able to confidently charge repair invoices to the proper person. When I had accidently assigned an inspection to the wrong address, Customer Support responded and corrected my mistake in a very short time.
