The support team is fantastic and super responsive. I often have issues and improvement opportunities that arise, ISOPro is the first thought in my mind when i think of possible solutions, and the team is happy to accommodate, often offering advice and ideas on improved solutions. Pros I love the variety of solutions that ISOPro offers. From rostering, workflow, tasks and compliance, it does it all. Pros ISOPro has allowed Earthing Solutions to gradually develop our integrated system, we have been using for over 10 years and with the assistance of \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team we have transferred our total amount of forms from paper to electronic, we are a small business and ISOPro has developed a system that suits our needs. We are continually updating or changing forms and reports and there is never a problem with support and fexibility. Would highly recommend ISOPro. Pros The software provides me to keep all relevant documents on a secure server as required by a food safety management system. Cons An email notification must be sent automatically when the action by persons needs to add more detail of corrective and preventative actions, as the save button is pressed. ISOPro is what we utilise for our integrated management system and has been an integral part of our business transformation from just meeting minimum requirements to being certified in three elements of ISO, HACCP certified and positioning us in a great place for continuous improvement. Pros ISOPro has the full suite of what we require to meet ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001 standards for our industry, is very easy to use and requires very little assistance from the ISOPro team. When I require a new form created, the CS team at ISOPro create without issue and very quickly for review prior to publishing. We have integrated many parts including the recording of all staff training onto the platform which has been a game changer. Cons Nothing identified, if I find something that does not look right, the team at ISOPro will make necessary changes etc. Review Source LG Lyn G. It is a pivotal part of our business for our ISO/ HACCP/ Food Safety certifications, provide reporting, scheduling tasks, tracking progress and document storage. Managing multiple sites can be complex but with information at our fingertips it saves us so much time and makes our work so much easier. The ability to build reports is a great feature. Pros The support and service ISOPro offers is exceptional. We continue to find more and more ways that ISOPro is able to support our business and make our life easier. We discuss ideas with ISOPro and they will offer advice that we had not considered and they the system work smarter for us. They really listen to what you are hoping to achieve so the desired result is achieved. Cons Sometime the system is not able to do exactly what we want but I have never seen this as a limitation as ISOPro has always managed to find a way that we will achieve the same outcome. Pros The deep understanding of the compliance requirements for a software business like ours by the ISOPRo team and the logical and simple way the software supports us in meeting our compliance requirements is what sets ISOPRo aside for us. Cons I can't think of any cons with ISOPro software with regard to our business. Pros ISOPro is an adaptive, user-friendly web-based product that has the ability to support various risk management aspects of the business. It's particularly suitable for business that don't want a restricted, off the self-product as bespoke workflows and content are a standard within the contract. The implementation team were very helpful and patient working through all of our requests and getting us setup. The system has been in place for some omnths now and there is good uptak and we are expanding into other companies in our group. Pros It brings all ISO related tasks into the one system. On one screen our users can see work requests, changes, QI's, incidents etc all on one screen. They know what is outstanding and what is waiting on their interaction. Previously this was dispersed across multiple systems. Cons It is not a con really but there is a lot of initial setup required to get the forms and workflows in place. Always happy to explain in depth solutions to any questions. Cons No Cons so far. Any restriction for expanded use is from our internal inability to prioritise what's next. Pros Isopro has intuitive and simple interface which is important if you have different kinds of users that are not necessarily technical. Our previous solutions provider had outdated interface that some of our team mates found cumbersome to use. This hasn't been the case with Isopro. Developed training packages for our staff to use the forms. Development of electronic records to replace paper based forms. Allows review and monitoring of records from desktop easier. Pros Easy to use. Alot of information that you can store and refer back to, eg calibration, previous audits, complaint to vendors. The Customer Support is excellent and so prompt!!! You can filter so many areas to make it easier to search for information. Links to emails Recall notifications Scheduled activities as reminders. Timeframes that are build into the internal audit process CIDs. Vendor Management system and generated emails to vendor to update licences. Cons When you change a version, you have to update all the information. Sometime duplicating is easier, eg. Site Details, Preventative Maintenance, Internal audit forms Electronic records - setting up some critical limits would be good in the fields, to verify compliance.
