Les fonctions les plus utiles pour notre entreprise sont la planification des ressources, la prévision des ressources, le suivi des feuilles de présence, le suivi de la chronologie et le suivi des dépenses. Pros Notre entreprise a commencé à utiliser Projet Monitor depuis l'année dernière, en particulier pour les fonctionnalités liées à la gestion de projet telles que la planification, la gestion, le suivi et le contrôle. Projet Monitor est, à mon avis, la meilleure solution sur le marché pour permettre aux équipes d'exécuter diverses méthodologies, tout en continuant de produire un rapport global au niveau de l'entreprise, quelle que soit la méthodologie utilisée pour exécuter chaque projet. Nous pouvons facilement anticiper les risques et être en mesure de les gérer. Cons Pour le moment pas de points négatifs sur les fonctionnalités utilisées. Project Monitor est idéal pour la gestion de projet et la gestion de portefeuille. Ce logiciel est très utile. Il aide à suivre les jalons du projet, l'état du projet, les coûts du projet. Les fonctions collaboratives permettent de faciliter la gestion de projet et l'animation des instances de gouvernance. Il est possible d'echanger les informations avec des comptes-rendus directement au sein de la plateforme, partager des fichiers, envoyer des mails et attribuer des taches. Sa modularité en font une force selon la stratégie de déploiement désirée (successif par module : budget / ressources... ou couverture complète). Virage Group s'attache enrichir intelligemment les fonctionnalités proposées à travers les choix propres à l'éditeur ou les suggestions clients. Ces nouveautés complètent chacun profil utilisateur (contributeur, chef de projet, gestionnaire...) ,ou sont proactifs pour avoir un coup d'avance sur les exigences des rôles essentiels aujourd'hui dans les organisations (PMO). Une solution puissante, qui peut correspondre aux petites organisations ou aux grandes structures. Je salue également l'état d'esprit de Virage Group, qui propose un accompagnement sérieux et une simplicité très agréable dans les interactions client. Cons Le travail de simplification d'utilisation des rapport doit être poursuivi. L'important est de se mettre à la place de l'utilisateur, et de son système de pensée lorsqu'il génère une restitution. La génération de rapport selon des choix successifs (en entonnoir) doit permettre de cibler au rapport souhaiter (cf. évolutions réalisées en V6.4.4). Une uniformisation / cohérence / simplification du paramétrage de l'outil peut également être envisagé. Concernant le travail de simplification d'utilisation des rapports, c'est en cours, les montees de versions que nous realisons tous les trimestres repondent aux besoins de nos utilisateurs.
