Nothing. Just a group of documents (manuals and templates) that can be found free on-line.

Pros

All templates are easy too use, if you know how to use Word, Excel and PDF viewer. Design is acceptable, there is some text to read and understand.

Cons

Similar set of documents can be found on-line, as individual documents or templates, completely free. It's so overpriced.

Pros

Easy to access and easy to learn. It's very basic compared to over softwares. Not too many things to say that over the top.

Cons

Not many features, not very clear, customer service was poor. I wish it was a bit more detailed a long the lines of features and productivity.
