Likelihood to Recommend: 10.0/10 Not

Pros: Easy to set up and easy for my customer to use. However, the best part is the amazing support that they provide. They go above and beyond what they need to do.

Cons: The only real negative is if the client accidentally has a space at the end of anything they get an error message. I have to make sure to specify for them to type out the information, instead of copy and paste.

Comments: We purchased this for a client that uses it for their online training area. This is so that someone taking an online course can ask for assistance in real time.. They are thrilled with the functionality and they've only just started to use it.
