Cheap call rates and licence fee

Cons: No concerns at the moment. Some development work can sometimes overrun but given prior notice. Keep up the good work, it's nice to actually speak to an IT team when I need too.

Comments: We use the Contact Pro hosted dialler when we are undertaking market research for our clients. The dialler enables our team to work through more calls faster. Using the Wallboard feature also gives me a clear view of campaign performance, and the work rate for each employee making calls. We work in a service office and the telephone system has no reporting, so by using the dialler, I can see how many calls are made and how each call is dispositioned. It's great. It puts me in control of the rate of activity and enables us to complete research tasks faster. COmpleting research faster means more profitable campaigns.

Plus, I can also give my clients access to the wallboard, so they can see how many calls are made and who is contacted. This delivers a greater degree of trust in the research results. Hostcomm customer service set this up for me quickly. Quite impressive service.
