"Comprehensive but buggy and hard to use. Very poor customer service "

**Overall:** Below average - the UI is very hard to manage and is buggy.

**Pros:** Comprehensive features for creating surveys

**Cons:** Old fashioned and hard to use UI with plenty of bug. Lock you into a subscription with no advance warning of payment and will not refund.

"Great Way to Conduct Market Research"

**Overall:** Ease of "getting to the bottom of things." After a survey, it is really easy to digest what the research shows.

**Pros:** The built in templates make market research a breeze. Also super simple to export the results in a user friendly item.

**Cons:** A little on the pricey end especially with so many free options out there so that is the biggest negative. Other than that, it works well.
