Pros: The first point is the ability to categorize work orders, we have been able to pin point the major issues and delivery fast and effective solutions to our care homes.

Tracking the progress and being able to update the work order and receive this valuable information direct to a mobile device, whether it be a line of text or a picture.

I have noticed that the UpKeep scheduler is now up and running, this is going to save me a lot of time, currently I am taking the jobs and distributing these to the team via a excel spreadsheet, really looking forward to this addition to an already complete package.

The overdue work orders are also a great plus for our company, it shows where we are failing and possible target training to an individual who is struggling.

The main plus is having the data to analyse on a month by month basis. It show how well the performance of the team and individuals are coping with the work load, what home uses our Regional teams service the most and what areas of expertise are mainly required, again perfect for targeting training to the maintenance operative in the home. We have also used this system to compare our response time to a request, labour cost all against using out side contractors, this itself has ben an eye opener and has saved us.

Cons: The updates are only available for the users and not the requestors, this is a big issue for us as we are constantly asked 'What's happening' by the general managers of the homes. If there was a way that when the regional team assigned to the task could share the update, ie waiting for parts, called away etc..

Upkeep is GREAT for our equipment tracking & maintenance. Great value for our company!

Pros: Extremely easy to use, very intuitive! Everyone had a very easy time learning how to use the product and everyone had positive feedback right away. Upkeep immediately helped us get organized without the need for days of training. We bought this after months of research around equipment maintenance and tracking software which was exorbitant. Upkeep promised very similar abilities for a fraction of the price and without having to train our entire staff. Upon implementation, Upkeep immediately enabled us to track machine hours and create work orders for scheduled maintenance. We were able to neatly log all of our equipment and work orders/specs/schematics. Reporting abilities and maintenance cost are built-in options. We began easily logging parts and inventory with alerts when quantities are low. Everyone using Upkeep found it very easy to set up and use. This product has greatly helped our company better track and keep up with our heavy machinery and its recurring maintenance. Customer service has been terrific and we are most pleased with our decision to purchase Upkeep.

Cons: We are a large, mixed fleet company and Upkeep lacks an ability to separate assets and inventory by category. Also the employees on the field who are 'requesters' would like a bit more access to our equipments lists in order to log hour meters with ease.

Overall: Maintenance tracking and work order creation with ease. Logging of parts and assets with alerts when quantities are low. Product is extremely intuitive and easy to use.

Comments: I can almost guarantee a ROI on this product within the first year of implementation. I truly believe it pays for itself with the ability to go green and stop so much paper reports and tracking, as well freeing up admin staff to do other important duties. It is truly amazing! Techs in the field love it just as much as it makes their job so much easier and provides them abilities to provide updates to important tasks in real time.

Pros: Not only is UpKeep easy to use and learn, getting it implemented within my organization has been practically turnkey! UpKeep staff provided an amazing training experience for my organization and we were up and running in no time. Service after the sale has been fantastic! UpKeep is always ready and willing to help us with whatever we have a question about. Our field techs were super quick to pick it up and become masters with managing of work orders. My organization leadership love it too! It's incredibly easy to see our entire organization in one big picture. UpKeep has by and large far exceeded our expectations. We look forward to using UpKeep for many years to come!

Cons: There are really no cons with this amazing software! Anytime there has been some kind of obstacle during implementation and usage, it has already been resolved to our complete satisfaction.

Pros: 1) easy to create work requests
2) easy to follow the status of work request
3) a well tailored KPI chart that gives details of each team performance
4) maintenance scheduling is extremely simple
5) real time feedback.
6) the list is huge in short Upkeep made it simple

Cons: 1) the chat interface should get boosted up to reach to a higher slandered and to make it even easier to access so it can replace our use of other apps like whats app or so on!
2) there should be a preset Temps for existing preventive maintenance that we only need to adjust it to our liking

3) not much to dislike !

Overall: before using upkeep we used to log around 60 to 70 work requests per month, while after getting upkeep on board we log now around 140 to 175 requests per month and that is more than double what we had!

it gave me more power to show our positive sides and also our negative sides, positive in the sense we are completing request, negative some requests are getting over due and postponed and that is helping us in easily to track why that is happening.

This product is made purely for Maintenance, but as a facilities manager i was able to implement it into Security and cleaning, but getting clear reports from security as a request base, and cleaning as a daily occurrence requirement.

and one amazing thing is you can be creative while using it! since we have staff accommodation and since my team do there usual checks at each room we create a bar-code for each room and added a check list the team enter to the room and they have to go through the check list!

Pros: I need to ensure my team of maintenance staff are able to respond to issues with the minimum amount of complication.... UpKeep is the most agile application for my guys. You don't have to have a degree in computer science to operate and update the application and you can go from generating/receiving a work order to completing it with only a few simple taps/click. The fact it's cross platform and works vey well on mobiles is an absolute must for me! ....no longer needing a tablet in addition to a phone! I very much look forward to some of the feature rich content coming into play later in the year.

Cons: Whilst the the day-to-day usability of the application is straight forward, there are little annoyances that pop up - having used the software for 6 months now, and being able to feed back usability issues to a VERY receptive support team, the issues are usually ironed out fairly quickly.

Overall: Better flexibility in tracking issues raised by tenants and on the progress of those issues with our maintenance team.

Great CMMS at a great price.

Comments: Overall, UpKeep is a great product. The biggest disappointment that I have currently, I assume like many of you, is that I don't have more time currently to invest in it. It has many functions that I have yet to take advantage of that I have no doubt will be a benefit as well.

Pros: Ease of Use: Adding and modifying work orders, adding and modifying assets, building schedules are a snap and can be done with as much detail as desired. Cost: UpKeep has helped us reduce our downtime to less than 1%. I cannot overstate how minuscule the fee is compared to maintenance cost savings and up-time productivity. Support: The team at UpKeep are always fast to respond to any questions or problems that I encounter.

Cons: I would like to see more flexibility in repeating schedules (mostly monthly). Also I would like for repeating schedules to repeat from the day last performed. Repeating schedules over a week get out of sync with the actual days they are or need to be performed. Making sure that we are not over or under performing some of these tasks can be tricky at times.

Pros: UpKeep has sped up my job tracking and has increased profitability by being able to see both labor and part expenses quickly. It has also freed up my time as an owner, having instant live info available for several jobs at my fingertips. It has freed up labor time for my workers in the same way, instantly knowing who, what , when, where, and how a project is going, no need to "go looking" for answers. The photo option keeps EVERYONE on the same page as to how something needs to be or was done, The app is very user friendly for me and my employees. The simplicity makes it easy to use and navigate. Customer support is top notch and Very fast. There is always someone available to help or answer questions.

Cons: UpKeep has very little cons if any in my book, I just wish I had time to take benefit of more of its options. I do feel its a little expensive for my small business, but I am seeing it pay for itself the longer we use it.

Overall: More time and income and less headaches!!

Pros: Customer service plus the ability for any of my team to submit a request. The way they submit the request is very simple so they don't have to be really trained how to use the system. Has helped us create more than just a paper trail for our equipment, it has allowed us to demonstrate our stewardship and our ongoing efforts to proactively maintain our equipment. I also really like that the software is web based and bridges across all platforms we use. We have iPads, Android phones, iPhones, and Microsoft based computers. This allows each of our users to be able to have access at anytime.

Cons: Would be nice to be able to schedule recurring PM's Monthly on a day not just a date. This is a minor detail though that is easily solved with just a little more front end work on the scheduling.

Overall: Helps us demonstrate to our Corporate Family that we are being good stewards of their equipment. Allows us to track the PMs as well as the breakdowns. Has helped increase accountability and communication with the team.

Upkeep has just simply made life easier , faster, and more efficient for everyone

Comments: As a Maintenance Supervisor for a 120 bed facility and a Former Marine . Part of my Job is to manage employees , assign work orders, and order parts. With this app I am able to Quickly Export the Upkeep repots to my email and open them up in an Excel spreadsheet. I am then able to organize the work orders , assign the work orders, and know what parts are needed to order within a matter of minutes. I am not physically able to watch my employees throughout the day, but I know when the task are being done with the Upkeep notifications. This app ultimately has helped us with time management . The Owners knows when task are being done. Administration knows when task are complete. And I love that Maintenance team is informed in the matter of seconds. I don¿t know how many times we have heard , ¿We literally just put this on the maintenance report and you are already here. Ya¿ll are much better than the last maintenance guys." Upkeep has just simply made life easier , faster, and more efficient for everyone.
This is a 5 star app all the way.

Pros: It helps show status on current work orders, also captures cost and profit easily. It keeps good communication between my partner and I.

Cons: The form you fill out starts off easy to fill in the blanks, but then ends up a matter of gas work with no way to send the information to someone and no instruction, it just ENDS.

Overall: Thought it would be a great tool for my business partner and I. We tried to fill out a couple of forms with current work orders, entering information line by line and dollar values where needed.
The form seemed to just sort of come to a dead end with no place to send the information to and no information on what to do next. There's no contact information for tech support, and although it seems like a great system we don't have the time to sit down and try to figure it out and explain it to our employees later.

Recommendations to other buyers: This form would be excellent for mechanics field technicians and engineers which is why my partner and I looked into it. You have to understand we don't write programs and we don't want to have to decipher your programs just to communicate. A perfect example !! The questions you're asking below, I.e. Industry, Company size, and how long have you use this product? When you press the select key To answer the question you asked, nothing comes up!!! That's completely frustrating

Pros: The software is very easy to use and well set out. Any problems with the software in my experience have been sorted out within 24 hours. The people on the team are great and are always available to help with any problems big or small. I would really recommend this software to anyone.

Cons: As maintenance engineer I service my machines on a 4 week turn around, but the software only lets you choose either 1,2 weeks or 1 month option or the recurring jobs. I have been told that this will be added in a future update or the software. Other than this i can not find anything i don't like about the software.

Overall: I can keep an eye on stock levels. Keep track of the jobs i have done and jobs still to do. This software as saved me loads of time.

Pros: I really liked the simplicity to set up and the functions of the app. The customer service was excellent as well. Longest I had to wait for a response was 20 minutes. Very responsive and honest. The app though was the main selling feature. It organized our PM schedule. I also really liked the ability to incorporate the temperature monitors into the program. Over all an excellent solution for a company that has lots of equipment to keep organized and running. The team or person who designed the app or hired the team to maintain has done a great job.

Cons: The cost for us was the biggest issue. We are a small business and it was really more than what we need. If there was a flat cost it may Help. The cost per Tech was the aspect that hurt us. We have 5-6 guys who I need to be able to delegate tasks too. Unfortunately because of the way the system was set up, there would be cost for each user. I really only needed them to see the tasks they were assigned to. I didn't need them to have full tech abilities in the program. The other aspect I would love to see is on the "recurring schedule" section. I would love to see an option for monthly, but on the same day Of the week. Example: the first tuesday of each month. Second Tuesday of each month. Actually could solve this easily by adding a "every 4 weeks" option in this tab. The second issue was not a huge issue and was able to work around it.

Recommendations to other buyers: Give the software a good solid chance. Don't just look at it once. Dig into it and contact the customer service if you have questions to see if you can work though issues. The customer service with UPKEEP was great.

Comments: At a former employer, we used a similar work order system that had half the features of UpKeep, and twice the cost. I was amazed to discover how much we got for so little.

Pros: The biggest pro is the functionality. All of our inventory, work orders, assets, schedules, and meters are all included in one app. The account setup is very flexible and affordable. Customer Support responds instantly and resolves any issue that arises, though few issues have occurred.

Cons: When the product was new, there were a few issues with training staff to use it. As the product developed, it became easier for our techs to navigate. Other than initial training, we haven't had any problems.

The program is great easy to use customer service is quick to respond.

Pros: Easy to navigate. Easy to setup. Its made it easy for my empolyees to see what is next and shows history on the assets. Makes it easy to go back through the history to see if the same problems keep occurring. Part inventory helps to grow the parts need.

Cons: There is a difference between the apps and web base. I wish you cold add more user withoout a price increase.

Overall: Able to keep up with the PMs is huge. It helps schedule downtime and help us keep a qty of spare parts needed.

Pros: -Easy to use

We have been using this program for nearly a year now to help keep our inventory and maintenance records up to date. This program has been great for us in knowing where we need to make changes. Definitely recommend.

Cons: -Every program can use some updates and better features and that goes for upkeep to but with the Upkeep team there to take all ideas that are presented to them that makes this program better from the rest.

Overall: This software makes it more convenient for our team to keep records of maintenance and inventory. We are able to keep notes of where we purchased items and also have notes of different pricing so later on when we check for that item we can look back at this and know where we can get the best price.

Comments: Best way to track your tenants requests and progress.

Pros: Tenants can easily send over their work orders or maintenance requests without the need of having to call in to report it which often times can create an unfavorable moment. Customer service is great and they quickly and easily walk you through and explain the process of whatever you need to learn or be trained on.

Cons: As any program it can take just a little bit to learnt he software and how to use it all towards to everyday need. Once it is learned it is very rare that you will need to consult a customer service rep to help you with anything.

Pros: Upkeep did exactly what we needed it to do when we first introduced it to our process some time ago, but the continued and almost constant stream of updates has helped us to improve in not only productivity but also customer communication. Upkeep is intuitive, convenient and powerful.

Cons: I am yet to find a failure that hasn't been quickly and effectively resolved by the Upkeep Team, which is refreshing to say the least.

Comments: This app helped us organize and control our maintenance costs/time much better. Didn't think we needed this but tested it out and saw improved workflow immediately.

Pros: Very intuitive, easy-to-learn software. Our team is small so getting everyone on and using it was quick and easy. Compared to a lot of the other options we researched, this was the most cost effective given our small size. Great customer service.

Cons: The price might not be suited for larger companies, although I'm sure they have a solution for larger businesses too. The customer service team was very proactive when we were first getting set up.

Pros: Ease of use, easy to deploy, learning curb for users of any skill level is minimal. One of the best mobile application UI. Have been using it for a year with out any complaints from users. Loved the feature which allow non-registered users to make request and track progress of request from a web browser.

Cons: The pricing structure should be a more aggressive as competitors offer for lesser. Reporting and dashboard services should be available for all subscribers.

Overall: We were able to streamline maintenance requests and set proper processes for approvals and procurements of assets.

Pros: One of the nice things about UpKeep is the simplicity. It's a straightforward design and layout. It has great features and functions that are easy to use. It has help our company to stay better organized with work orders and projects. It also has allowed us to provide a better visual to our maintenance team of their projects. We're able to keep up with their progress which helps schedule upcoming projects.

Cons: The only downside to UpKeep is we lost a function when we upgraded from the free account to a paid account. On the free account we were able to assign tasks to any user. When we upgraded, we didn't pay for every member of our maintenance team to have complete access. They are now view only users, which won't allow us to assign them tasks. We have to do it a "round-about" way by adding them as a third party user. It works, it's just not as easy as it had been before.

Overall: We have been able to better organize and track our maintenance team's progress on projects and tasks. We're also able to assign specific tasks to employees, with details, which reduces the amount of confusion and questions.

Simple, intuitive, and most importantly, it has an app.

Pros: The mobile interface is by far my favorite feature. We had used other CMMS companies before and always ran into the same problem: the mobile interface. They would claim to have a great mobile website but it was always clunky and difficult to use, especially for people who might not be too proficient with computers (i.e. mechanics, operators, most of the people that would be using the software). However, Upkeep roped me in immediately when they said it was a mobile-first CMMS. Upkeep delivers, with a simple interface that is intuitive to anyone that has used a smartphone before.

Cons: The Meter based work order triggers do not work as I had wished. I wanted Work Orders to generate when the engine hours hit every 250, 500, 1000, 1500, and 2000 hours. For example, at 750 hours, a 250 hour and 500 hour Work Order would generate. However, when I set all of this up, It would generate about 5 work orders for the asset whenever I entered its meter reading.

Overall: A functional CMMS that has a smooth interface with its desktop version and mobile app.

Very convenient app with great features.

Pros: This app is very easy to use. Even my husband who doesn't have a lot of time or patience for tracking anything, was sold right away. You can add a photo, assign users and see anything outstanding at a quick glance! There are so many valuable features but it remains simple to use. The vendor is great to work with. All questions are answered right away and they are always improving it and adding new features.

Overall: We appreciated this app/software right from the start. This fits our industry well and could be easily used in many businesses. We track our customer orders from PO to assembly to delivery to invoice. It prevents anything from slipping through the cracks. It is worth the money to easily keep track of everything and provide great service to our customers.

Pros: I like the fact it is flexible and has several options depending on how the user wants to set up his maintenance operation and parts tracking. I find it easily changeable if needed.

Cons: Lately, I have had some issues with the app freezing on both my desktop and IPAD after the latest update. It typically occurs when closing out a work order and adding the updates, time, and the cost sections.

Overall: This app has been beneficial in timeliness and cost-effective maintenance on my equipment. I am currently having a problem when putting in the hrs and cost on a work order. I will be able to put one in then the app freezes on my desktop computer. I will have to close and reopen then it will allow me to finish inputting the data. Other than that, it has been a valuable addition to my maintenance program.

Comments: This has been a fairly easy App to start using right away... And any questions I've had on any of the features have been answered through the UpKeep Reps...

Pros: I like how the Work Orders flow and can be set for a repetitive schedule. This helps with the functionality of the work flow so once the Work Orders are set the workload is limited in maintaining a Work Schedule for our people... We also like how easy it is to attach pics to work orders from any mobile device that is setup with the App. A picture is truly worth a thousand words (especially when it comes to data plates)...

Cons: We need an option in the Work Order creation to have a custom frequency setting besides the preset frequencies listed in the drop down.

Comments: UpKeep is a fantastic application. It has helped us streamline our work order process. We used to have to keep up with multiple logs in the facility, but now all work orders are entered into UpKeep, the maintenance department is notified immediately, and the administrator gets a notification when the work order is completed so that a follow-up inspection can be performed. We absolutely love the convenience and the accountability it has brought to our work order process.

Pros: We really like the ability to take pictures of the issue and the added note section that gives more space to describe things, if needed.

Cons: Have not found any.

Pros: It allows you to organize your fleet / assets well
Having pictures to show what condition your assets are in is also nice

Cons: -Everyone (regardless of level they are signed up as) are charged the exact same price
-It isn't "turn key friendly" example You need to be careful how you enter in your "meters" or they will not run from zero
- You can't associate parts with websites where they are ordered from.
-You can't attach form templates with automatic triggers that are associated with meters. So if you are away on vacation and a meter triggers a work order you have to physically go in and place the tasks there manually (extremely frustrating)
-I'm having automatic triggers populate work orders for meters where I haven't even reach that marker yet. Example I have 400+ hours on my asset but every time I enter in a meter reading it populates a 3000hr work order.
-If you have a fleet of 6 assets or less its not worth it excel can do all this for free

Overall: I'm still debating on whether I will reap enough benefits from this to outweigh the costs of it.

Pros: I really like the follow up notifications that notify me when work has been completed. It allows me to know when to inspect things.

Cons: I really haven't found a down side to this product.

Overall: This software has taken our work orders from a broken system with many I completed orders to a streamlined and efficient process.

Recommendations to other buyers: The ability to take a pic of what is needing repaired is extremely helpful in communicating what the problem is. I also really like the extra text box that gives more space for explanations or instructions.

Comments: a CMMS powerful enough for the most seasoned Facility Manager, yet simple enough for the greenest technician.

Cons: We have had one occasion when audible updates didn't come through on our phones, but the team at UpKeep were very responsive and the problem was fixed in minutes.

Cons: It does not let me know who sent the directive.

Overall: Upkeep is a seamless process allowing workers such as myself to recognize when an assignment has been directed my way, to process that assignment and to indicate when the assignment has been completed.

Pros: Allows me to quickly and easily manage my work orders. My manager really likes being able to keep track of the work flow throughout the day and week as well as address issues that come up with upper management. He is able to quickly pull up the paper trail of whatever issue our customer has had and see the history and notes on any other similar issues.

Comments: Before UpKeep our biggest complaint from staff was that things on the maintenance list was never being completed or that they never knew if it was completed. UpKeep has helped us report faster to the Maintenance Supervisor any concern that needed attention and report back when an item was completed. Pros: Easy user interface, easy for requesters to use as well. Helps me keep track of all work orders in one place. Allows me to keep track of maintenance and repair costs on assets as well as keep track of inventory. If you have work requests coming in or maintenance, you need UpKeep!

Cons: I wish the dashboard was available for all paid plans. This is not critical however as the basic subscription is excellent

Overall: I am more efficient in completing tasks, tracking costs, performing maintenance, and keeping co-workers happy.

Pros: I love that you can create work orders quickly, and receive quick updates on what has been done, or any changes that need to be made. It provides instant accountability for your team.

Cons: The app is more suited to a maintenance department, more than a facilties department where we do everything from clean to mowing, to fixing the building.

Pros: Very easy to use with constant updates to make it easier for the user. Anytime you are having an issue, it makes it easy with the customer support bar because they answer the query straight away

Cons: Sometimes when you make changes to the job it duplicates it which makes it hard because it might have the same job in for 2 different days

Great software and technology to help transition off a troublesome CMMS.

Pros: The part inventory feature is great to keep our storeroom up-to-date. The ability to view Work Orders outside the plant and understand the current status of progress. Pictures within the Work Orders have assisted with identifying exact issues and items to work on.

Cons: There are some features that are not available on the desktop software vs the mobile software, working at combining the best features to both platforms could assist with the continuous improvement of the software.

Pros: easy to use out on site on your phone app, then catch back up on the website when you get to your computer.

Cons: i would like to be able to edit the set up a bit. some of the categories for example dont match my needs but i have to use them as they are the only options.

Overall: i dont know why i am doing this survey? i just filled a review out for upkeep.

Pros: Love the mobility of this program working off of mobile devices is great for how we use it. I have student employees who live with their phones, and this helps get the information to them quickly and they can take that information and run with it. Customer Service has been one of the greatest things about this program!!!!

Cons: Would love to be able to copy work orders from the desk top. It can be done from mobile device, but I use both as the admin, and that feature would help me.

Pros: able to keep records of things that need to be done or have already been done so it can be used later on when needed. Also able to print out work order to pass on to person that will be taking care of it

Cons: Have not found anything as of yet that I do not like about this program. If I find anything in the future I will contact my supervisor or the company to inform them of my concern.

Overall: able to put in a work order from my smart phone witch is very helpful. I can also see my work orders were ever needed

Upkeep is useful in our work specially that we are in a Maintenance division.

Pros: I like the most of this software was the section where I can upload a photo to show when it can not be easily describe for any issues.

Cons: About the least, the only section was the Assets where you need to specifically identify anything but not all of us knows how to use it.

Overall: To gather the upcoming problems in the facility maintenance

Pros: The ease of use is the biggest pro about UpKeep. The program is very easy to navigate overall. Additionally, there are several informational/training videos accessible on YouTube.

Cons: Customer Service has not been as speedy as we had wished. Our company ran into a problem of disappearing data within UpKeep. Their customer service team always responds in a timely manner and ensures that any problem will be fixed quickly. Although their response was quick, their actual fix took far too long. I completely understand that this is a newer program, still in the early stages as the company was founded in 2014 I believe, so there was no hard feelings on our end. In fact, our company was happy to present problems with the program to their customer service team because it is good to get all of the bugs out early!

Overall: Organization and efficiency.

UpKeep has been an incredible tool for our company to organize and complete work orders.

Pros: UpKeep gives us real-time data across all of our properties and offers each employee insight into what work orders were completed on a daily basis. As a manager, I can see which properties are struggling and where we need to send help. UpKeep has allowed us to reference old work orders for specific units in order to better solve future problems.

Cons: As always, with any software, some of the updates are helpful while some create a more cumbersome process.

Pros: I have recently inherited a mid sized manufacturing site with lots of process and plant equipment. Site was proper old school with paper maintenance records (where they existed..!). this Software is super easy to setup and get going. Our Operational managers love the Mobile app for raising WO's. they can capture an image of a problem and send it direct to the team. Support was a concern initially (We are in Scotland, UPKEEP in west coast USA) No issues with support what so ever. Guys are super attentive at getting back with answers to questions or up coming features. Great Customer Experience. Well Done guys

Cons: Different reports would be nice which i believe the guys are working on.
Additional fields to allow a more configurable request form.

Overall: Stream line jobs coming into the engineering department.

Pros: I initially set out looking for a CMMS that we could put in the hands of my maintenance team to track work orders about 6 months ago utilizing Ipads. It has given me so much more transparency into our 24/7 operation. I have been able to apply real operational analytics to our maintenance team now!

Cons: It's not free! Although the price of the service was a tough sell initially, it more than pays for itself with reduced administrative hours.

Pros: how quick we can get things to do done. I like how we can track everything we need to do in here just so we can make sure we are getting it done for the guest

Cons: lots of stuff to click just to send one request, this should be simplified that way when we are busy at the front desk we don't worry about all the extra stuff if its not even necessary.

Overall: Easy system to track maintenance issues in the hotel, definitely great for making sure the guest doesn't experience negative.

Comments: Its a great program for beginners in the sense of getting people used to something new, a new way of doing things. Many of the people in my office are older and prefer to have everything on paper but they have adjusted well to the program and without any problem.

Pros: This program incorporates all of the items that a property management company would need to be able to control and have access to. it makes it 100 times easier to be able to jump online submit a request and be done with it. You can add all of your tenants and both can access any progress on the service or request being made as well as your vendor who is fixing it etc.

Cons: Didn't find any really. This program was the 1st CMMS program for our company to use in the 30 plus years that its been doing property management and no one had a difficult time learning or adjusting to it.

It has great mobile support which is critical for workers in the field.
Upkeep is also very easy to manage from an admins perspective.

Cons: There isn't a way to set custom filtered views of works orders as "default", so every time you close the app or website, you have to change to your preferred filter view (As of April 2018).

Pros: The ability to add the picture and have fine instructions where needed.

Cons: It has to be tailored for my machines and I could miss something in doing so.

Overall: I must be honest. I have reviewed the function and possibilities. I have discussed the use of this app with other maintenance mechanics within my company. They love it and I am excited to begin setting it up for my remote location. Being the only mechanic for my company within a 100-mile radius, this should help me remember scheduled and daily maintenance and preventative maintenance on my machines. I love how it is tailored just for my exact needs. My fellow mechanics in Baltimore want to help me set it up and start running it with it. I have 4 conveyors, 1 heavy duty Shredder with a 100 HP motor, steam vessel, cart washer, compactors and air compressor to manage daily. This app will help to organize my day and prioritize repair needs. I am very very excited.

Recommendations to other buyers: Support has been offered on numerous occasions and feedback is addressed.

Pros: We've been using UpKeep for the last 5 months now and the team has quickly adopted it. Comments: I really love that I can add files, pictures, or parts to individual tasks and set the priority level !!

Pros: I Love that I can create work orders on-the-go I can send on spot info about a job as i'm actually there! Also, I get notifications when tasks are updated, and receive alerts straight from my app!

Comments: Great app- Customer rep is Great!

Pros: Very easy to use and responsive. Works on all web browsers and is very intuitive on the phone app. The app has never crashed on me or lost my data.

Cons: Features such as "units" do not apply to my particular use and take up unnecessary space. perhaps they could add a feature where you can filter the options given on a work order. Not a con for anyone besides me though!

Pros: Has been a great experience for me but I would have to say the customer support is what I like the most. Super helpful & quick to respond.

Cons: Wish the billing was connected to the app so that we could delete and add users, etc and it would be automatically reflected on our account from a billing standpoint.

Pros: Pretty user friendly, you can upload pictures and update your group easily. Customer support is fabulous. Will do everything they can to solve an issue you might be having

Cons: I don't like that my invoices don't save to the work order. Especially if you have to go look back in the work order, you will have to start all over again on the invoice.

Pros: This app has been a great tool for my small business! Instead of sorting and dealing with paperwork that related to work orders, our maintenance manager is able to easily access data on our assets through the neatly organized tabs and simple interface. I love being able to prioritize certain work orders and review costs and additional reports. So far I have not experienced any glitches and the biweekly updates always seem to make the app run more smoothly. I would highly recommend this app.

Cons: However, there the ease of use of the app is pretty low. In the beginning, I had a little bit of a hard time navigating the app, but after a couple of use, I got the hang of it!

Pros: Feature set is wonderful. I like the public portal, the EASE of use, and the APPS available.

Cons: Cost is always a concern, but this product is on par with other products.

Overall: Having Demoed over 6 CMMS programs, I find UpKeep to be the easiest to use and the best supported. I highly recommend it!

Pros: Software is easy to use and felt it quite useful especially when you are working for a company and need to report. Also for tracking purpose, it's good and brief software to work on.

Cons: Need more filters to be applied in order to flow this software like water especially when you are working for a company and need to get specific results / data. I strongly recommend to add "Closed Date (when the Work Order being Closed)" at least on Top Priority Basis to get more oriented results. I ask for the same back before when i started using this software but till now nothing is being done. Hope it would be considered.

Overall: It is very much required for me as i am working for a maintenance company and i need to track the progress in the field.

Pros: I run a small online business, and when I first started, I really had no way of efficiently managing all the orders placed by my customers. I did not want to invest in an expensive ERP system, as all I really wanted was a solution that was simple, but powerful enough to help me run my business. I did a bit of research, and I found UpKeep on the App Store, and I decided to give it a shot.

Cons: The guys over at UpKeep have not been branding UpKeep as a solution to help business owners manage tasks and orders, but that's precisely what I've been using it for since the day I downloaded it from the App Store.

Recommendations to other buyers: It's truly an amazing application. If you run a business, and you need to assign tasks to your employees on the go, UpKeep, in my opinion, would be the perfect app for you.

Currently using Upkeep to manage inventory and service for a fleet of drill rigs.

Pros: Quick to set up, learn to use. Keep track of filter, parts inventory. Input from field can be converted directly into a work order, dispatched immediately to a technician.

Cons: Had a couple of issues, mine not theirs, were quick to come up with resolutions. Not having the notebook version display low inventory as the desktop version.

Very easy got to use the software for free did not feel pressured.

Pros: The simplicity of the software compared to others that i tried out was incredible. It does everything that we need it to do for our company.

Cons: At this moment there is not anything I dislike about this product. I tried a lot of products prior to upkeep a lot of them had noticeable flaws but not with upkeep.

Overall: Ability to save time and money.
