It has simplified maintenance operations, reduced paperwork, and improved communication between technicians and managers. The platform is easy to use, reliable, and has helped us stay on top of preventive maintenance. Although there is room for improvement in reporting and customization, it remains a dependable solution for maintenance management. **Pros:** The biggest advantage is how easy it is to manage maintenance tasks from one place. Creating work orders, assigning tasks, tracking asset history, and scheduling preventive maintenance are all simple. The mobile app is especially convenient for technicians working in the field, allowing them to update jobs without returning to the office. Overall, it helps improve organization and team productivity. **Cons:** Some of the reporting features could be more customizable, especially for organizations that need detailed analytics. The pricing may also become expensive as the number of users increases. Occasionally, the mobile app takes a few extra seconds to sync data, but it hasn't significantly affected our daily operations. You can do almost everything with upkeep from managing people, asset management, access to reports and analytics etc. **Cons:** It has a learning curve and takes some time to get used to as there are many different options which can easily be messed up with one another.
