Pros

Implementation consultants are professional and accountable. In-house consultants maintain the delivery quality.

Cons

Lack of system configuration training and documentation for self-implementation. Can only rely on consultants.

Very good, although the biggest continued let down is the support. More resource needs to be deployed immediately into the UK Marketplace, and function workshops need to be ran.

Pros

The functionality is the Microlistics USP - the system is extremely adaptable.

Cons

The support is its biggest let down, there is very little on going training provided. Microlistics need to adopt and run more workshops so that users at all level can understand the system better.

While the system does what it needs to do to allow us to run our DC there is no ongoing innovation or new development being provided by Microlsitics. They rush the implementations and then ignore the issues after implementation team have left. Commitments made during implementation also remain undelivered 3 years later. They are too focused of chasing new customers and ignore the issues of existing customers.

Pros

We could reuse our existing hardware and was easy for staff to transition from our previous system to the new Microlsitics system. The day to day support team are great at applying bandaids and getting us back up and running when there are issues.

Cons

Development team ignore ongoing issues and do not fix underlying cause, leaving them to support team to keep applying more bandaids. They also use Oracle and Redhat versions that have reached end of life and are unable to provide any commitment to upgrade to fully supported versions. Very difficult to get any changes made. Any development changes required are very expensive with long lead times and then are still delivered late.

Cons

Some features can't be resolved without contacting tech support, and service can sometimes lack in the support.

We have been working with Microlistics since 2014 and don't have a complaint. The system address all our needs and their team has helped us to improve our operation in our fast pace evolving environment. Our operation was significantly different from go-live to now and the system was flexible enough to support us during the process. Microlistics team is really responsive and open to understand our business and find the best solution to leverage the system.

Pros

User-friendly. Simple and allow us to manage without the constant need for support/consultants.

Cons

We haven't come across a functionality that we need and don't have yet. Apart from Reporting limitations/restrictions, the system addresses all our needs.

The implementation and commercials were good, but the support and lack of decent analytics (that was promised) let the overall system down

Pros

The system works well and is user friendly, but the support provided lets the overall system down.

Cons

The lack of access to support is a key issue with Microlistics as most of their resources are focused new site implementations. The reporting and analytics capabilities have been slow to materialise, despite promises to the contrary.

### "Versatile WMS but lacking in support"

Pros

Easy to use and very customisable. Initially quite good implementation support.

Cons

Poor local support and long leadtime on any development. Very poor since the sale to Wisetech.

We have had the Microlistics WMS system for 18 months and it has improved the efficiency of the warehouse by 50% and improved inventory accuracy of 99.8%. The implementation was seamless and the system was easy for the warehouse team to pick up and learn. The ongoing support has been excellent as we have a dedicated account manager who is on site monthly to review system performance and help with continuous improvement projects. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new WMS to call the Microlistics team.

We have just entered into our second year of operations at our Lakeside facility in Swedesboro NJ USA, using the Australian supplied and supported Microlistics software in the warehouse and processing plant. The systems and processes the team suggested and implemented in 2014/15 has allowed us to grow our business without adding additional people. This cost saving, together with the accuracy and tractability of the system has allowed our business to develop into a leader in food safety, accountability and control.
