Pros

The onboarding process was simple and straightforward. The program automates important record-keeping and reconciliation tasks that are important to complete regularly.

Cons

The price is a bit high (or, will be, after my free trial) in light of the ultra-low volume of transactions I handle. It would be reasonably priced and quite helpful for a moderate- to high-volume firm.

I was amazed at how easily the first reconciliation was! Wow! Great support staff. I should have used them a long time ago!

Pros

5 minute walk through with amazing customer service and I was up and running with full confidence.

Cons

No issues; integration was very easy since I use Clio.

Reason for choosing TrustBooks

Integration and compliance with the bar. Easy to use. So refreshing!

Pros

The training and customer service at TrustBooks is amazing. I dealt with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] during our set-up period and they went above and beyond to get us trained and comfortable with the software. It connects directly with Clio and is very easy to use to ensure that the three-way reconciliation is done correctly every month! Emails are answered promptly and no question goes unanswered. I would highly recommend this software!

Cons

The only "con" would be that once you start a reconciliation and have to fix something within Clio, you have to restart the reconciliation, which isn't a big deal.

I wish there was a way it could link to my business accounts as well.
