This is a great way to track your ambitions with your manager. Pros We use Bridge to track our personal goals within our roles, our 1 on 1 discussion topics with our managers and company wide learning programs. It has a wide range of possibilities and is easy to use. Cons I don't have anything I dislike about this software. It accomplishes everything I need it to and is fairly intuitive. I love the ease and grasp when selecting classes. Pros I love being able to create content write through our LMS. I love the ease of bringing in content and embedding without complications from Youtube and from other websites. " April 18, 2018 4.0 I enjoyed the functionality and control the software provides. It is very user friendly and the integrations are pretty useful. Pros Simple to use and interactive. Has a good amount of integrations and built in metrics and analysis for data collection and review. Cons May not work for all circumstances. May 15, 2019 4.0 Pros I usually hate mandatory company trainings and I still don't like them BUT bridge makes it much less painful. I can take my trainings whenever I need to. Easy to use. It was easy to figure out how to create the different elements of a course and publish it. Cons It seemed difficult and manual to group people. They didn't have a direct integration to BambooHR. July 26, 2018 4.0 Pros How easy it was to navigate through and all of the features that Bridge had to offer. A very robust system with a very simple interface for its users and instructors. Cons It did not have exactly everything that I needed for the company I work for but that is because what we needed exactly was very simple compared to what they had to offer. National Director of Social Media Consumer Services Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Intuitive LMS w/ Customizable Options" November 3, 2016 5.0 I worked with a rep from Bridge when my company asked me to research potential new LMS platforms. he was kind enough to offer a demo and take me through the features and functionality. I found Bridge to be one of the better LMS options out there, and I loved that questions could be randomized based on different variables I could include in my question creation. Very beneficial for training purposes since the test becomes less about memorizing the questions and answers and more about actually learning. We have not yet gone with Bridge, but it will be at the top of my recommendations list this coming quarter. Pros Customizable questions Layout Review Source CL Carlos L.
