Pros I think what I have noticed most is its ease of use, the tool and its elements behave just as one imagines, making the diagram creation process easier. Cons After the trial period you need to manage the payment, and you cannot use tools during the trial period because it has a watermark, that's all. Cons 1-the overall design looks a bit too old and needs some changing to look more new there's not much flexibility with the sidebar2-some of the drag and drop tools gets dismantled pretty quickly3-the software loading after picking up a template is way too slow compared to other softwares. Pros I can't think of a single Diagram that I haven't found in this one, its many features make it an extremely useful software, the longer I use it, the more features are added.It's a very convenient software, if one needs UML diagrams, they're all there, if your need are process analysis, system design, or even database design, look no further, it's all there. Cons Because of the multitude of diagrams and features available, it sure takes a long time to learn, I have yet to find another software that offers everything this one has to offer, therefore I'm sticking with it for the long run. The application is just good and stable. The one time I did encounter an issue an update was provided within 24hrs! Isn't that awesome!? Pros The desktop modeler is a very mature product with many different use cases. You can really model your entire business. From business strategy (using business motivation model) to operational models or system design models. Visual Paradigm comes with a cloud repository that is very powerful. Cons The look and feel is a bit outdated for 2021 standards having its last update in 2013 or so. The application is all javascript which has as benefit that is runs with the same look and feel on win/mac/lin, but it is a bit clunky. Pros Is the best price to feature ratio on any diagramming software, has a lot of features, you can create a repo and manage the diagrams with version control, you can add a lot of presets and stereotypes saving time while creating new diagrams.
