I would definitely recommend this to companies needing to create interesting visuals for KPIs. Pros The support work is brilliant, easy to book a session and you can resolve multiple issues in a session, the ticket system also works really well. The dashboards are easy to create, the transformations are more complex but can produce some meaningful data, the users and role are easy to setup. Pros Our data models are made easier by ClicData, a cloud-based BI platform, by creating connections, storing and maintaining sensitive data, and eventually presenting it in a way that is understandable. The technology is really easy to use, and the customer service is outstanding. With small concerns, you can always get in touch with support, who are really helpful. We can combine data from many systems into one dashboard, and the user interface is quite straightforward for end users. Cons In ClicData, there is a severe learning curve. For all different types of data modelling purchases, there is a tonne of customization capabilities and visualisation possibilities. There are occasional minor glitches, but those tend to be swiftly addressed. There is nothing I would fault for the price. You cannot have many windows open at the same time. For instance, it logs out of window one if you open a dashboard in window one and data in window two.
