Pros: When i call the help line, at least it has not been off-shored yet. You will be calling the help line often.
I charge my clients an admin rate of 4 hours every job if they use this system
At least the clients know this is a bad system that costs them too much
Cons: the fact that you have to work between two different portals is an absolute JOKE!
ridiculous requirements to get your account set up
I have to spend 15 mins on hold with the help desk EVERY TIME I use the system
The help desk blames the search engine, the account holder, or me....Thank God It's not a Pegasus issue!
ABSOLUTELY nothing about this system is intuitive.
Even though I charge my clients 4 hours if they use this system I end up spending more time than that dealing with issues, glitches, help desk, generally poor layout abysmal upload and down load speeds and moving around this horribly bad site.
I have several clients that use this system
Overall: Multiple hours of my life that I will not get back. This software is junk and should be made illegal
