### "Do not buy this software if you can help it"

Horrible experience. I wish we were not required to use it.

Pros

Not one thing. It is very hard to become compliant. They send numerous emails harassing you if you don't submit a requirement by a certain time period.

Cons

They have owed us a credit of almost $2000 for almost half a year and we have not received it after numerous contacts. They do not answer their support line at all. The platform is horrible and not easy to use. We only registered because our customer requires us to.

### "Expensive "

Very inflexible.. treat a small family company the same as a multinational.

Pros

There is nothing to like, its very expensive.

Cons

Cant choose level of membership, extremely expensive but need to have it to be able to work onsite, so forced to pay $6k per year. And the price goes up by 30% per year...

### "Outrageously Overpriced, Non-Existent Customer Service"

We're constantly overbilled. Calls to customer service are frequent, lengthy, and non-productive. If I could terminate our account with them I would. Unfortunately we have one client who uses this sham of a site, so we're forced to put up with their incompetence.

Pros

There are no pros with Avetta, especially not with their so-called customer service.

Cons

There is no LEAST about it. I hate everything about Avetta. ISN is much easier to navigate; their customer service actually provides a customer service; and their cost is much more reasonable for the services provided.

### "Poor customer service, no transparency on invoiced fees"

Exceptionally poor and frustration experience. Lack of customer support, nil response to valid questions over invoicing.

Pros

I would not choose to use this software, we are forced to because of clients using it.

Cons

Invoices appear with zero information, not even full client information. Unable to get any kind of response from Avetta as to how the charges are applied, who instigated the invoice and what the charges are for.

Reason for choosing Avetta

I would not choose Avetta due to the customer experience and poor value for money.

### "Take your money and run"

Pros

Absolutely nothing. Avetta takes your credit card and runs. Will not respond to Emails or phone calls.

Cons

Absolutely nothing. We were harassed by Avetta for years until the credit card was given. 1 day later we asked for support to end the nonsense. Avetta is ignoring our contact attempts, they have our credit card and now no contact with us. Run as fast as you can!

### "Waste of contractor time"

Poor company have over 30 clients on other sites for less money then 2 on here. Staff are poorly trained.

Pros

Nothing Just a waste of resources and time. Companies who want to use this profile should think twice we have dropped a couple companies due to fees.

Cons

The price is too high and they make it impossible to cancel clients. Give you the run around and excuses. I worked for these companies for years before Avetta.

### "Avetta nightmare "

We only registered to Avetta as this was requested by our client as part of the onboarding process. It was a very painful process with no assistance from Avetta. There is no true value of Avetta registration for our organisation.

Pros

I struggle to provide one. The interface may be ok, though it takes some time to learn it.

Cons

The requirements stipulated by Avetta do not reflect the current industry practice and often make no sense in the context of legal requirements in WA.

### "Forced as a supplier to enroll with Avetta"

THE most infuriating organization that I have ever been forced to deal with. A significant factor in my decision to fire the client who forced me to enroll with Avetta.

Pros

I like nothing about having to pay a third party for the priviledge of providing services requested by a client. Every dime of these expenses were past on to the management company, and ultimately the original client. And Avetta still makes a bucket of money selling your company information to others.

Cons

Avetta is unrelenting in their demands for more and more "compliance" while providing zero support in getting the documentation EXACTLY as they want it.

### "Don't subscribe unless you absolutely must."

We derived no benefit, were unable to qualify for business with the potential customer, so gave up after multiple re-submissions. Insult to injury, their autopay charged us another annual fee which we were unable to reverse. Currently trying to cancel, might have to cancel the credit card they are using to charge us.I haven't touched the program after the first 6 weeks of attempting to qualify, but this wasnt' an option when responding to this survey.

Pros

Currently trying to cancel as service that we don't use. What do I like best? At least they don't send me a bunch of useless emails.

Cons

If you wish to cancel, they make it very difficult.
