I can set up a landing page for less than USD 4k. So this is really not worth the money. Don't believe their snazzy website promises. Pros They looked professional. Website was nice. But everything else was badly managed. Account managers changed every 3-4 months and account managers took 3-4 weeks to revert with a text change. Cons They could not deliver. They should not charge a subscription service that promises a landing page, a ad management campaign and leads if they cannot deliver. We tried them our for 8 months, they teams took 3-4 weeks to make even one text edit on the landing page they created, then they took another 4 weeks to make the next edits. by the time 8 months was over, we had a 90% completed landing page, but still no ad campaigns going out. They asked for some time and offered us 4 months of a fully managed service and after the 4 months, even though their manager did not even set up the google ad manager, they continued to charge me for another 2 months. And then they claimed they will not refund because work was done. They did do something every month, like Month 1: change one word, Month 2: change one sentence, Month 3: change a picture. So they use this to justify they do not refund because "work was done". it has been 14 months, I have no campaign running, I have no leads. So don't waste time using them. Review Source TB Timur B. Quite stable integrations with Shopify with detailed reporting about behaviour of your customers. Ability to segment your customers. A very good landing page builder too. They regularly offer to run the campaigns on your behalf at an extra fee, but we prefer to do everything ourselves and kindly declined their services a couple of times. This is what we recommend. If you want to use Wishpond, do it yourself. Pros Integration with Shopify, flexible landing page templates, email drip campaigns and overall, good email marketing platform Cons Due to a glitch, the abandoned cart emails stopped working, and we were not notified about the issue. We only found out about the problem by accident a few months later resulting in a loss of many sales. They should have a better system in place notifying their customers if there are some interruptions in the service. July 10, 2020 4.0 Wishpond helps us solve almost every aspect of our inbound lead generation and automated email marketing. I am extremely pleased with the results. Pros Having the landing pages, lists, and forms on the same platform as the email automation is a game changer. What used to take two or three different pieces of software can easily be done on one. The landing page editing tool is really, really good. It's easily the best one I've seen on a landing page building platform. Cons The biggest drawback is that I can't use my top-level-domain. I have to use a subdomain for my landing pages. Integrating tracking codes onto individual page assets is difficult, and sometimes the javascript doesn't play nice. I feel misled and trapped into a service I couldn’t escape, leaving me deeply frustrated and disappointed. It was a significant waste of time, energy, and hard-earned money. This has been a hard lesson, but one I won’t forget. My advice to others: steer clear and save yourself the frustration. Pros The primary solution I was offered was a popup designed to encourage visitors to request more information about a course I teach. They installed it on my website, but it was visually underwhelming and, as I mentioned earlier, entirely ineffective. For this, I was charged $300 per month as part of a locked-in 12-month contract. Cons I engaged with Wishpond, hoping for a fruitful partnership, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. About two to three months into the service, I realized it wasn’t working for me. I requested to end the agreement, assuming there would be some understanding, but I later learned I was locked into a 12-month contract. Despite my efforts to explain my situation, they declined to make any adjustments and responded in a way that felt more like legal posturing than customer support. Over the course of the year, I paid $3600 and received only nine leads, none of whom responded to follow-ups. This raised doubts about the quality of the leads themselves. While their application initially appeared impressive, it turned out to be far too complex for an average user to manage without additional costly support—offered at a steep monthly fee. I take responsibility for not fully understanding the contract I signed, but I share this to caution others. If you’re considering their services, I’d advise reading the fine print carefully and considering whether the offerings truly align with your needs. Cons Wishpond and Brax (same group of companies) are terrible companies. Lots of promises and treat you like a number. Their results come with a very high cost when running ads. They provide you canned solutions and do not really understand your product. Their team goes through a high turnover and just dont get to know your company well enough to actually deliver results. There's no point in hiring someone that promises you sales and conversions if you get no conversions. I got emails so now I have people on my email list. But I don't even know if they're qualified leads because I have no phone number to call them. Pros I got the all-access where they create campaigns and manage them for me. I liked that they created emails and landing pages for me Cons 1\. You don't know what's going on 2. They aren't focused on getting qualified leads so I wasted months and got no sales 3. My account manager was not in the country and didn't always understand what I was saying 4. They set up my accounts in Mexico where I think my manager was from and facebook charged me international fees every month 5. The only confident one is the one who's selling the service. President Automotive Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "MISLEADING FREE TRIAL" December 19, 2019 1.0 Pros I have nothing positive to say about Wishpond Cons 14 day trial requires credit card and a yearly commitment for the trial to start (should have been first warning). Was told I could cancel anytime before the trial ended, or switch over to monthly plan. However, their FINE PRINT also points out: "A full refund for the unused months on the annual plan may be issued if a refund has been requested or the account has been cancelled within five days of the trial’s expiration date and the number of generated and hosted leads, participants and voters does not exceed 20." OR "A 50% refund and credit towards your account with Wishpond may be issued if the annual plan is canceled or a refund has been requested via email within 2 months of initial purchase and the total number of captured and hosted leads, participants and voters does not exceed 50." My own testing resulted in 10+ test leads before I went I public with my first live campaign. This left with me 10 leads remaining to even qualify to get my money back in full if I chose not to continue using the platform. What kind of free trial has a limit on number of leads captured? Also, I cancelled a day before the trial, received an email saying my account was cancelled a day later (after the trial ended). This seemed odd to me that I got a confirmation a day later. The platform itself is not well rounded, and is missing a critical features. Unable to set a campaign to be restricted by geographic location. Cons While I have appreciated the various services and strategies provided by brax, one aspect that I found challenging was the requirement for a long-term commitment contract. As a solopreneur managing my online shop, flexibility is crucial for me. I understand the need for stability in client-agency relationships, but a more flexible contract structure would have been more aligned with the needs of a small, growing business like mine. Pros The verdict is still out with regard to its effectiveness in marketing my products, but I can saw that Wishpond's help center has been great so far. Also, it would have been great to understand from the beginning the number of 'iterations' allowed so that we could have grouped our changes into iterations as to follow this requirement. Wishpond was very understanding and flexible with the number of changes/iterations though and we were able to roll out all needed changes.
