Pros

  • I've had a great time overall here. It's been a great 3 weeks and I look forward to operating on this platform as long as we can.

  • What I like most is either the reporting or just the effort I see you guys making to constantly improve the software.

  • I appreciate the hard work and dedication that they have provided. Their customer service is top notch and they continue to add features and value to their product.

  • The tickets have all been resolved in a timely manner and the youtube videos have been very helpful.

Cons

  • It crashed all the time. Customer service was terrible.

  • Their team are very misleading and cons. They promise you the moon and do not follow through.

  • We explained that the customers were complaining that the app would freeze in the middle of their order and would not let them move forward.

  • I have experienced the worse with this unexperienced and naive business.

"Deliver Logic software review"

Overall: It's been a great experience so far. My service has been working with DL since mid-June of 2018. DL has a great product.

Pros: It's super detailed and pretty easy to use.

Cons: I really don't have many complaints. There are a few things that are confusing, but tech support is great about guiding you through the process in figuring things out.

Reasons for Switching to DeliverLogic: The reporting in Wisdom was not the best. It was functional and correct, but the amount of time it took me to run restaurant and driver statements was ridiculous! The software was great for dispatching, but the backend work was killing me.

"Excellent Company"

Overall: The team is very helpful when we have questions or concerns. We get quick responses when we submit a support ticket. Devon's marketing suite parties are amazing. Love the ability to learn more and have hands on support during the learning process. There is always someone on the team available while we are operating that we can reach out to if we need support quickly.

Pros: I love that the software saves all customer order history. It makes it easy to repeat orders for usual customers. The marketing suite is exceptional. It gives us the ability to target certain customers for offers as well as the automation abilities for emails (automatic emails to first time customers, birthdays, and people who haven't ordered in a certain time frame).

Cons: Loading time on menu creations & edits takes forever. Also, we can't change the order that items are ordered. Example, move all the burgers together, all the salads & soups together to make it easier for the restaurant.

Reasons for Choosing DeliverLogic: Their options and features were far superior to the competition. Transfer of our customer data was easy.

"NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!"

Overall: In June of 2019 we switched from another company to Deliver Logic b/c they convinced us that their platform was better and less expensive. They lied. They ended up tacking on all these extra fees for features that we already had for free with their competitor. The app that they said was free didn't work well. We explained that the customers were complaining that the app would freeze in the middle of their order and would not let them move forward. We also had complaints that it would not take their credit cards even though their credit card was good. They said they could set us up with a better app, but we would have to pay $2,000. Their system kept crashing. We would go for an hour or so and no orders would come in. Once we reached out to them and explained that no orders were coming in - they said that this was news to them, that no one else had these issues. After we spoke to them - interesting enough...the orders started coming in again. We soon figured out that their servers couldn't handle all the orders coming in from all over the country. I went on their members facebook page and started reading customers comments. The same things that were happening to us were happening to everyone else. I reached out to them and expressed our concerns and they were rude and dismissive. It was then that I mentioned that I had gone on their members page and read comments from other customers and they were having the same issues. They started making excuses and then blocked us from

Pros: NOTHING Terrible customer service and terrible platform.

"Best software for our industry"

Pros: This software is the best available for our restaurant delivery business. There are many many features available that other software companies do not offer. I have used several different software platforms over more than 20 years. Deliver Logic has been in a class by itself. They are always forward thinking and coming up with new features to optimize efficiency. This is important as we are a small family owned business and time is our most valuable commodity.

Cons: I've had no issues with Deliver Logic that I would not consider a normal part of doing business.

Reasons for Switching to DeliverLogic: We needed a more modern software with certain features that they could not offer

"DeliverLogic Review"

Pros: What I like most is either the reporting or just the effort I see you guys making to constantly improve the software.

Cons: No split payments and biggest "complaint" is consumer app not allowing many features such as group ordering, places, etc.

Reasons for Switching to DeliverLogic: Going back to the drive and effort you guys put in compared to others and willingness to work with me.

"BAD EXPERIENCE: Please think twice about signing up with Big Tree/ Deliver Logic."

Overall: Nothing. Bad customer service and bad business motto.

Cons: I have experienced the worse with this unexperienced and naive business. They wasted almost 24 hours of my time. I thought about giving them a try but later experienced that they are more after the money and not about the needs of the client. I cancelled because they are greedy and want to charge me per order for not wanting to promote their business information on my website. I paid the start up fee and when I told them to remove their business information they said that my fee per order will bump up per order. Go with another business and make sure to do a very good search because they use different names (Delivery logic, Big tree solutions and I think also RDS.) You will be disappointed to use this service. Big Tree Solutions is a business that just started and hasn't nailed customer service. Not promoting their information on our website is very important because of confidentiality and because we don't want our competitors or clients to find out what software we are using. I hope that this experience helps them learn and that they don't make this error again with another client. Shame on this business. They just lost a client that generates 6 figures. Storelist, LLC. "Software"

Overall: There are no Bigtree solution reviews online, so I will give a review. Compare to some of the online Restaurant ordering software companies, I like Big tree solutions, they are constantly upgrading their services. My only issue is the monthly pricing, and no credit card processing choices. Big tree automatically enrolls new Clients with blue pay credit card processing services, blue pay charges above the general average credit card companies. Also, upgrading your big tree solution software templates does not guarantee you will use it else where in future, It will cost the same as purchasing a new software from a different company. I like to remain anonymous because I do not want to receive any query or retraction emails from Bigtree.

Thank you for the review. As for the Credit Card processing, we have never known one of our clients to not get identical pricing or better to an existing processors rates. Bluepay has had exceptional service but most importantly created special technology that drastically cuts down on our clients customer support issues. Their system allows us to change a charge without having to re-authorize a card. Other processors dont allow for this. The benefit here is so if a customer makes a change to their order, their credit card is not authorized two times. Doing this puts a hold of double the amount and the customer gets upset. As far as upgrading the software template, can you please elaborate on this. We offer design services for our clients. Our clients also have the freedom to have a third party design. If we do design your website, the design files would be owned by you the clients. If you choose to leave, you take the design with you! Thank you for the review!

"The Best...no doubt about it!"

Overall: Having been a user of BigTree's service for about a year now I can say that I've been nothing but impressed. The software has loads of features that are light years ahead of the other software choices in this industry. Automated marketing/re-marketing, a driver app, a restaurant app....and they're constantly adding new stuff to help us grow. The pace at which the company is growing along with the support and features is awesome and I couldn't imagine using any other restaurant delivery software after spending any time exploring the RDS logic system.

"I have been working with Big Tree Solutions since October 2015"

Overall: Big Tree's cloud based software has enabled us to continue to grow our company and has kept us on the cutting edge of technology for our industry. "Table Takeout"

Overall: For the most part everything has been really smooth as we have prepared to open up. I'm used to talking with people on the phone when problems arise and have had to get used to simply sending in a support ticket. The tickets have all been resolved in a timely manner and the youtube videos have been very helpful.
