I T Professional Government Administration Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Simple to use product with all the necessary features" January 28, 2022 5.0 Overall we are very pleased with the product as it does exactly what we need to be able to report our assets to the State. And it didn't cost an arm and a leg and was simple to implement. Pros The ability to create our own reports as we are required to report to the State. Also the ability to have our own user designed fields. Cons The inability to get tech support to answer a question. Pros Overall easy to use, but it was the price that sold the product. Cons The reports need a little work but overall good product. Pros Easy to use and customise to suit all my companies needs. I like how you can incorporate a barcode scanner and with the mobile app you can easily log assets in and out without the need of a laptop or PC. Cons I feel that it is very pricey. The last time I went to renew the subscription, I had a hard time with someone getting back to me.
