It is our eyes and ears. Voluum has a beautiful UI, plenty of integrations, and it's straightforward to work with. They are always on top of new tech trends and share valuable insights with us. Voluum has all the metrics we need to track our campaigns; my favorite is the "suspicious visits" metric which detects bot traffic. The suspicious visits metric lets us view "bad" traffic so we can eliminate it quickly; this helps our campaigns get better ROI! Another convenient feature is the audit log and shared reports; it lets us view and share data transparently. Several other companies can say they have beautiful UIs, robust features and excellent tools, but few companies go above and beyond with their customer support. Some of my queries are time-sensitive, and I'm thankful that their customer support is responsive and actually listens to my questions/feedback and implements it! Dealing with them is a fantastic experience for me as it is apparent that they know our success also means their success. If I had to choose my favorite from their team, it would be \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]. When I'm cooperating with her, it feels like she is an extension of my team. Their support is extremely thorough and their teams work together to drive their client's solutions. I am very impressed and intend to integrate more of our sales channels with the software. Cons They do not have a path for costs of other traffic sources which support API, but are not "fully integrated" with them for their Automizer tool. This limits the ability to track ROI and aggregate agency & campaign performance for our entire performance channel. Pros Been using trackers for years and Voluum is ranked the highest for reliability. As the middle component of an ad campaign, the data going through trackers is huge. Features is probably secondary if the tracker can not be reliable in processing all the traffic that goes through it. As for trackers, I would say it has all the solid capabilities any marketer would need. The server side data, the capturing of revenue for your traffic sources, capability to A/B test offer pages, and etc. It's not crazy in terms of Affiliate company integrations and can't do crazy funnel setups but you really only need those if you have a very complex setup. Overall Voluum is our go to tracker for reliability. Cons The costs for their Automizer unit is a bit high but overall it works perfectly. August 7, 2018 2.0 Horrible. If you think your account has been canceled, it probably hasn't, and you can expect an unexpected charge on your Credit Card, so enjoy that. Then if you get in touch with support to try and remedy the situation, they will tell you to go pound sand, and they are much happier keeping your money. They will tell you about all the hidden language inside their contract that allows them to basically do whatever they want to customers, and they really don't care if you don't like it. Pros Decent tracker, with plenty of data options once you figure out how to set everything up. But don't plan on getting any help from Voluum themselves with any questions about setup or similar because they aren't interested in helping. Cons The WORST thing about this software is the group of people behind the product. This is a group of MONEY HUNGY people with absolutely ZERO business ethics or interest in customer happiness. Judging by their latest Price TRIPLING out of the blue . YES the cost of a house mortgage, and no real warning for existing customers, and leaving people to scramble for new tracking solutions in a matter of days, they are now one of the most HATED companies in the affiliate marketing space. We've had setbacks with technical integration (due to our own developers being swamped) and the Voluum team dedicated a lot of their support teams time to help us achieve our needs. Specifically, our account manager Kasia did a great job and really made us feel taken care of and heard. The account manager is very helpful and fast response. They have implemented new features such as fraud alert, traffic distribution AI and many more. The mobile app was easy to use to monitor the campaigns wherever I go. Previously, the mobile wasn't user friendly but the latest version was improved and fast as well. Voluum I get a response back when our time zones line up, it's the next business day. This might sound menial, however, imagine you have a big Ad spend budget per day and you encounter an issue. Who do you want to work with? 1. A tracker that is cheap and takes days or a week to get back to you, as you are losing money on traffic and/or lost revenue. 2. A tracker that has 5 Star customer service and gets back to you the next business day. I went through option 1 to learn the hard way and settle on option 2. However, much to my dismay, the most crucial feature I needed was conveniently locked behind a higher-priced plan. Pros It is a very powerful but at first overwhelming platform but they have an incredible customer service which is very quick, very easy to understand and very friendly. I signed up for the discovery plan so I couldn´t get a dedicated onboarding by phone but this wasn´t even neccessary due to the perfect guidance from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] via Email. She responded very quickly with helpful answers and explainations supported by some links to additional helping guides which by the way were also very easy to understand and therefore very helpful.
