She is one of the best people I have ever met from Voluum. Cons The only thing I dislike about Voluum is that the price is very expensive compared to other competitors with similar features. Pros I've been working with Voluum for 7 years now and all in all it's the best solution on the market. It has a lot of alternatives that keep coming and keep offering a lower price, but they're all are lacking smth in terms of tech and features (have also worked with Binom and Thrive). So if budget is not a problem (sometimes Voluum can be quite pricey) and you want the best solution, Voluum is your choice. Cons I like how easy and intuitive the platform is. Also, you get all the data you need to take marketing decisions. If you're deep into analytics and have some external reports, Voluum also offers the best integration. Review Source PM Paul M. Pros Voluum is an easy to use tool that lets you report on traffic for attibution and set up complex routing rules. I have not seen any downtime after using it for more than 4 years. I recommend voluum! Cons A small one, but annoying and its been like this for years. There is only a single line of tabs for reporting on entities (eg campaigns/flows/offers) for when you want to open up more than say 5-6 tabs, the navigation through the tabs is tedious through a dropdown. Tabs shold form lines stacked on top of each other for easier navigation. Reason for choosing Voluum It does what it says on the tin! Review Source Jamie S. Having the ability to use the same platform to purchase DSP traffic is also another quick feature to reach wider audiences. Customer Service is outstanding with great response times and the dedicated support at the higher level is excellent. Cons No specific detractors for Voluum. Pros My favorite aspect of Voluum is its API integration ability with my traffic sources. That allows me to see all of the data I want in one place and eliminates the need for me to spend hours each day manually updating my tracker and my traffic source with data from each other. It successfully displays large amounts of traffic data in a way that is easy for me to scan quickly and make decisions quickly. Cons Voluum is a complex platform. It is highly customizable and comes with very thorough customer service help. Pros Implementation is easy, which is a big plus. User interphase and navigation are clear. Its integrated with the main advertising platforms, meaning set up is not complicated. Cons The only thing I'd say, would be more variety in matter of supporting other platforms. Although, even on the less popular ones, we managed to set up almost everything (some things weren't available on the platform side, nothing to do with voluume), of course with the help of our account manager. It was much easier to set up than I feared, and their support is AWESOME. I have always gotten a friendly and detailed answer to all of my questions. Pros There are many things I love about Voluum, but I would say the best ones thus far have been their AWESOME support and a very comprehensive an easy to understand documentation. Cons Well, Voluum is a bit pricey, so that's one drawback. I also feared that it would be very difficult to set up, but luckily I was wrong on that one. Reason for choosing Voluum I guess I wanted to master Voluum now, because as my traffic volume grows, the tracker really needs to be good. And I think Voluum is kind of like the gold standard of tracking in my opinion. So, I decided to jump on the train now. We have seen an increase on our KPIs since we started using this platform so I strongly recommend it. Pros Its very intuitive and easy to use. Graphics are neat and the dashboard is pretty good. Integration with big players on the market is already pre-loaded Cons The price tag is a bit high compared to the competition. Cons The most important for me is tracking correctly, so far it's pretty decent at it. Also, would love to have a single URL for every campaign I create, so that I won't create a separate campaign in voluum for every angle I'm testing. If this exists, not aware yet, but good to have. Would not recommend at all to anyone. There are so many better companies with integrity out there Pros Nothing. I didn't get to use it yet as it didn't work for me and they would just say anything when they sell you this stuff. Cons If you are willing to test if it works for a few hundred bucks then go ahead. But know that they will not offer you a refund no matter what. I was not even able to use it because it didn't work with my website provider. After 8 days of trying and not being able to use it. I asked for a refund as I literally couldn't do anything with this platform, it was useless for me and the person that sold it to me knew that it would be useless if I wasn't able to get that from my website provider, but didn't care to mention that I wouldn't get a refund if I was going to try. So I would recommend to stay away. There are other companies that offer you a refund even after 3 months if their platform didn't improve your sales. Voluum is just a joke.
