They have both video tutorials, written tutorials, and a great onbiarding. Cons Little pricey compared to their competitors. However, when you compare all the extras, it is worth the extra costs. All the affiliate managers I worked with were pleased with how I could set up my tracking. It offers everything that you need in order to run succesful CPC, CPV, Native and Push campaigns. Best product in the market. Cons Prices for all packages (even smaller) went really high lately. That was the reason I am currently using different software. Voluum functionalities do not go deep enough. The visualization is nice, but it lacks details. Pros The system has a very nice user interfase, and it is integrated with all of the main advertising platforms. Campaigns are easy to set up. Cons It does not offer cross-device measurement. That being said, I liked the tech a lot, sadly I was not able to use it so my campaigns would convert better at the time of speaking. Pros I really liked that Voluum had the chance to direct traffic from multiple GEO's to a set link. If you had one link you promoted and it was for a gift card on Amazon for US users, all traffic that comes from other GEO's can be redirected to another relevant offer. Making it a really powerful tool. Cons It is great, but it has the need for some training made for newbies coming into using this kind of tech. I was new to it when I got started and while I loved the possibilities, there should have been more guidance and videos showcasing how to use it, best practice, case studies and so on. When I was using it it was great. Pros When I was running affiliate campaigns I was using voluum. Nowdays I run only on google and fb so they unfortunatelly do not allow redirects. They will take your money and even if they do not deliver, they will keep it.
