Only now do we discover that essential features like SSO were included — yet we were never informed, onboarded, or guided on how to use them. There has been no proactive communication or customer success follow-up, which makes it clear that helping customers get results isn’t a priority. What’s most disappointing is that, instead of taking responsibility for this lack of engagement, the company now suggests we should pay even more to finally benefit from the platform. For software at this price level, that’s simply unacceptable. I expected transparency, guidance, and at least a basic effort to ensure users see a return on their investment. **Pros:** To be honest nothing. We spend thousands of euros in years and had no ROI. It has much more potential as we thought, but we never discovered it. **Cons:** Lack of support, no ROI, Interfaces are complex, no onboarding or customer follow up. Expensive!
