Keep searching. They should run a honest fair business. Pros THEY WERE THE 1ST ONE I FOUND and they do not guarantee there service. they do not issue refunds, even if product was never used Cons I signed up, but found another program that was easier and cheaper. I tried canceling, within a day or two, never sending 1 text and I was told that I could not cancel. I will be losing my $200. The excuse was that they use a 3rd party for all transactions and they don't give refunds. I find this policy horrible and unfair. I don't recommend this company to anyone, KEEP SEARCHING. I am able to get the word out in a more efficient manner that clients appreciate. Pros The service is very easy to implement and manager. Campaigns can be pre-scheduled and modified if necessary. I find that clients use it more for texting then individual texts from my personal phone number. Cons Wish I could use my current phone number. Customer engagement is a major hurdle these days and this is a cost effective way to stay at the forefront of our customer’s minds on a continuous basis with relative ease. Pros The way this softwares can create a sense of continuous engagement with clients and customers with relative ease and low cost is incredible. Implementation is seamless and when there is an issue, customer service is also very responsive. Cons It works well but I think it would benefit from a mobile app versus mobile web. We used it for over 5 years, but have just recently switched to a different option which better fits our current needs. Pros We used Texting Base for many years and it was good for what we needed at the time. We were able to have many different groups and it was fairly easy to add people into the various groups. Cons It was hard in an emergency situation when I needed to text from my phone. Much easier to send texts when logged into a computer. Also need to be logged in to the website to check for responses.
