Pros So eager to leave this review. We needed a tool for an IMMEDIATE need, and stumbled on EASY LMS. While it has some really cool features- we needed a series of quizzes generated, that needed to be a bit complex and professional. Our boss was convinced we spent a LOT, but this tool was extremely effective and affordable. HIGHLY recommend this! It has saved us both time and money, as well as ensuring consistency in results scoring. However, I was concerned that the product wasn't logging users out when we were testing the products. I was assured that if adjusted my settings in the browser so that user names and passwords were not remembered, then I wouldn't have this issue. Onsite, we quickly realized that wasn't the case. We had 10 ipads in our booth, and had to close out and reopen the browser after every user to avoid having a problem. This was after several tech people worked on the issue. I would recommend finding a way to adjust this so people don't end up in the same position in the future. Pros The flexibility to create all types of questions. The ability to use anywhere with internet. The leaderboard and the ability to edit it when needed. Cons The product doesn't log users out from each play. The difficulty working with customer support due to the time difference. The ease of use and results have been great. Pros This program is user friendly and pretty easy to use. I love the data I can pull and the user controls, etc. We found Easy LMS just in time before spending more money on a program that was harder to use and implement. This program allowed us to transition to online learning for our clients. Cons We encountered a small glitch twice with the reporting system (stating someone hadn't completed an exam when they actually had). When I contacted customer service they were polite and timely-ish, but the trouble shooting process required me to gather information from my students - that was a bit much. Pros We looked everywhere for the right product until we found this one. It was clear that this would meet our needs and allow us to create online forms, quizzes, and exams exactly the way we wanted. Very user friendly and love the use of the reporting tools it offers. We have created a test for our managers to pass in order to move on out of a manager program and this allows us to see right/wrong answers and also see where our new and current managers maybe struggling. March 7, 2016 5.0 We love the assessment and quiz tools! The assessment is working great ' our clients love it and it's helping drive traffic to our services. The quizzes are fantastic! They are making our job so much easier. We offer a number of on-line LIVE webinar courses and we use to hand mark quizzes and customize each certificate one by one ' now that it's automated it's saving us so much time, headaches and stress. I love that it's self marking, looks professional, provides the correct answer with an explanation and automatically generates a certificate. The price is fantastic too! We also have hours of classroom training that we will be moving to online delivery over the next year. There is no question that QuizWorks will be our platform of choice. Cons you cannot upload a video direct (it has to be uploaded via youtube etc) also you cannot duplicate an exam or a course content and will need to rewrite all the content. There was a case where I wanted to duplicate some of the content and delete some of the other content as i wanted to do mini courses to the main one and i had to rewrite the entire content.
