Pros: The ability to log on from my smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop. Multiple people can be on it at the same time.

Cons: The speed (or lack off). It can take forever. I have had my internet speed increased. I have spoken with the company. It is slow.

Overall: I have been using this system for 3+ years. It is easy to use, but slow. Customer service is okay. You have to send emails. Most of the time, response is timely. They do not offer online booking. My last email to the company was sent 2 days ago asking if this is a feature they will be offering anytime soon. No response yet. Multiple staff can use the program from multiple locations. It offers both grooming and kennel scheduling. It is an okay system. I can send out email reminders. No text messages. I wish it was faster and did a little more.

Recommendations to other buyers: Easy to use.
