My overall experience is one of an excellent company selling a well thought out product at a very affordable price. The customer service is amazing. I can immediately get my questions answered anytime I call. Their customer service reps are very friendly with a good sense of humor.

My business' experience with this product has been nothing but stelllar! It has improved recruiting tenfold!

Pros

Very simple and easy to implement. There is nothing to it!

Cons

Really there isn't anything really! What's aggravating is the limited amount of characters one can use per text. That's a government regulation.

They used to be good great website easy to use and upgrade but something happened and now it's really difficult for to do my job when I need to I have to wait for them to get to work so I can upgrade to send out sales promotion. It's a pain and has cost me 1,000s in sales because of this. The sec \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] really dont care

A lot of issues. If you want to upgrade you cannot do it with a email such a burden. They dont really care about there customers the system is very finicky and can cost you a lot of money for 1 lol mistake

We wanted to tell our customers if we were having a discount on any item. Since this discounts only take place for a few hours, sending an SMS seemed like a good option, and it was!

Pros

You can just send an SMS message to a lot of your customers in a blink. It gets to everyone, and it has been tested that most of the people will read it right away. It's a very secure way to communicate with your clients.

Cons

Nothing, it's very easy to use, very fast, there is nothing to complaint here. Just send any sms , at any moment.

This is service is easy to use and the best price I found after doing a ton of research! Our list is fairly small, so I am not sure how well the service would work for larger companies, but it has suited us very well the last few months.

Pros

Very inexpensive compared to other service and easy to use! We had it set up and started using it very quickly!

Cons

There are mandatory text messages that have to go out for consent purposes. Unfortunately these text messages count against your monthly total! So initially when people are signing up for your texting list you will burn through a lot of texts!
