Fantastic. I highly recommend using them. Especially as a consultant, I appreciate that I'm able to get quick answers and solutions back to my clients.

Pros

Platform is easy to navigate and set up, but most importantly, the customer service is top notch! The text chat is a real person. They are incredibly helpful and quick to respond. No bots. They make great recommendations and help you consider various options to best understand monthly packages or add ons as needed.

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say about TXT180. I highly recommend this service. Customer service is top notch.

Overall the experience has been positive, so far it has been working for our need and we hope to use it for other programs that will be starting in the fall. Its affordable and we would recommend it to other agencies or businesses to try the free trial you will not be disappointed.

Pros

I liked that it was easy to use, it was very user friendly and if I needed assistance customer service was there to help. It did exactly what is said it would do a it was a great fit for our agency since we are not that to big and the price was just right for our budget.

Cons

The amount of characters that can be typed for each message and that you can not send an emoji in your message.

I'm probably going to change soon.

Pros

I like it because it's cheap, but I think it could be better. It's super simple and straight forward but I've seen other text platforms and I've thought about changing many times but haven't gotta around to it. I think it's a little outdated but the overall working software is ok. It does want it says, creates a text group and sends out text.

Cons

It doesn't have great analytics. It doesn't help me to grow the groups. I don't like having to pay for more add-ons when it should be included in my package. I think the software could be better. The mobile is really bad.

Pros

Probably the customer service. CSR is always helpful and wonderful to work with. She finds a solution to your needs.

The fact that I cannot change or delete my keywords myself.

Pros

I love that its fast, easy, affordable, and effective. Everyone has a cell phone - so it's quite easy to get persons to subscribe and very fast and efficient for me to deliver upcoming events, auditions, or sales I am offering for my business. Another huge plus is the fact that I am able to auto deliver messages, drip messages, set up call lists, and message subscribers from the software.

Cons

I really do not have any cons about the software. I absolutely love it, hence the reason I am still utilizing it nearly 2 years later.

1) The ability to pre-schedule posts - pre-scheduling out posts for the week or month is easy and saves time 2) Simplicity of interface - it's easy to navigate around the platform and find what you're looking for.

### "Staying booked"

As a massage practice and I'm sure other service related industries clients cancel last minute all the time. I get booked 2 weeks to a month ahead and have lost customers because they can't plan that far in advance. Then, when someone cancels last minute, I can't fill the spot. This service allows me to txt clients about those open spots and they love it. I'm able to stay booked, keep business going, and my clients love getting the schedule updates for same or next day appointments.

Pros

Loved the ease of use, ability to create message templates, has multiple user logins with limited access for other staff to use, and self refreshes. My customers love getting updates via text.

Cons

I can only get 160 characters per text. I inform my clients of all the available sessions and 160 characters isn't always enough.

I was happy with the overall use of txt180 . I tried it for 2 months and didn't get much response to our advertisement so we decided to cancel until future time. We may consider trying it again down the road

Pros

The software was very user friendly with the main features easy to find and understand.

Cons

Nothing as far a con. The platform just didn't seem to appeal to the demographic we were targeting specifically and we saw more sign ups through our website and in person than through the txt180.

Pros

This product is simple to use and customer service is excellent about answering any questions I have.

Cons

Text amounts are in bundles of too few texts or too many. You can add more, but unused messages don't roll over even when they've been paid for. Some features are redundant. Scheduler and drip messaging aren't different enough to warrant them being separate.

The key difference between Drip Messages and the Scheduler is, by setting up drip messages you will ensure that all contacts receive the same sequence of messages no matter what date they opted in. Such as, day 1 a welcome text and day 5 a link to look at class materials and so on. The scheduler will only send the message to contacts who are opted in on that date specifically. Drip messages are great if you want all contacts to receive a certain thread of messages over time. Hope that helps clarify the difference a little better. We appreciate your business and feedback.

I've been able to communicate to my participants quickly and efficiently.

Pros

It's a great tool to get a message out to a lot of people very quickly. I can sign people up or they can sign themselves up. In addition, it's been great to be able to respond to people who have questions, as they can simply reply and I get an email with their question. Lastly, the price is right! This service could easily be sold for a much high amount! Learning the system was easy and the customer service team has reached out to help on a few occasions.

Cons

I can't say there are any cons. In the first year of using the product, it had it's limitations, but they've updated it and made more of the features user friendly.

Pros

It is user friendly even to people like myself who are not tech savvy. I can schedule texts months in advance for birthdays or meetings is super efficient!

Cons

it Would be nice to have more characters per message as I sometimes have to abbreviate a lot of my messages so I’m not sending out 3-4 at a time. When deleting past employees if I’m on page 5 and delete a person I’m forced to go back to page 1 and that becomes very time consuming having to click back and forth between pages.

I like the fact that I can reach potential and current clients through the services 24 hours a day and they opt in to the service so they do want to hear from us.

Cons

Can't say there is really anything I don't like about the service as it provides us with the tools we need to grow our business if I had to say something I would ask that they give us discounts on additional key words.

The software is very easy to use and has all the functionality I can think of. I love that the chat is quick and easy for any functionality questions.

Cons

The drip messages are a little difficult to manage. I'd like there to be options for every other week and repetition of messaging instead of having to schedule days out.

Thank you for taking the time to review us! We like your idea for implementing those options to the Drip Messages. I will talk to our programming team and see if that is something we can implement in the near future. The only way to set that type of message up currently, would not be a drip style but for the every other week messages, set this up using the Scheduler in your dashboard and select Monthly as your Message Frequency, then select On Days of Week option. That will allow you to schedule the texts out every other week to your keyword or groups desired. You could set this as another type of message to coincide with your drip messages. Pros

Scheduling of posts makes it easy to provide my audience at conventions with reminders of my appearance times without my having to think about it once on site.

Cons

I would prefer a user interface that was more friendly. The interface now is a bit rough and it is too easy to make a scheduling mistake.

Cons

Limit to 6 texts when someone subscribes. It would be ideal to provide an opt in for those who are agreeable to receiving more than that. I'm a fitness business so my clients would benefit from month long challenges with daily text reminders

With the limitations, you are able to determine how many texts you will send in a month. If you update your auto-responder to say up to 30 a month than you are allowed to send that many. That just gives your customers an idea of what to anticipate.

Ease of mass communication

Pros

I love being able to easily and quickly send important information to all of the enrolled families at my child care centers and preschools. Messages such as phone systems being down or delayed opening due to inclement weather are critical, and this has enabled me to know that I have not missed anybody.

Cons

The software does not interface with one of my local cell phone providers, but it is only a problem for 2 of my 150+ contacts, so NO BIGGIE!
