EZ Texting provides a very user friendly interface. The service is consistent and reliable. I can quickly setup my contacts, create custom messages, and send out communications to my customers very quickly with EZ Texting.

Cons

I really don't have too many cons. I do wish there were a way to text 2 images out vs. just one image.

We used EZ Texting all winter in inform our clients of their upcoming delivery and it worked awesome

Pros

LOVE how easy this is to use and send and schedule bulk texts quickly. This helped our business save valuable time making sure customers were ready for their deliveries, especially in the snow.

Cons

I wish the the basic package had a simple auto reply that this line is not monitored. Its amazing how many recipients respond with emergency questions.

The platform is very easy to use and great way to communicate with our entire company at a moments notice.

Pros

The best part of your service the ease at which you can communicate to a mass audience. In the past we relied solely on email but that proved to be difficult since many of our younger employees didn't access their email as often as we anticipated.

Cons

So far we haven't found anything we don't like abut the service. We will continue to use the service and provide any additional feedback as it comes available to us.

Its fast and easy and I can respond to incoming messages fast and easy. And it notifies when I get an incoming response.

Pros

The ease of pulling in contacts, creating campaigns and sending out messages. Its like 1-2-3. Done!!

Cons

That MMS messaging costs 3 credits. It makes it more expensive, especially, when the contact list is big. I use it for our group study.

I'm not the most technical person, but this interface was easy to figure out, and the pricing is great.

Pros

It's user friendly, SMS is easy to figure out, and common sense, and they offer age gating. I work in an alcohol related business, and that's necessary.

Cons

I would have liked to be able to use a local number, but that isn't a big deal. Other than that I have nothing bad to say at all.

My experience has been excellent. If I need to get a text out, it's quick, inexpensive and gives me an immediate report on the results.

Pros

It is very easy to use, quick starting and you can get set-up fast. I was able to set up a quick way for people to join different groups to make it easier to control who messages are sent.

Cons

I might like a better way to verify phone numbers that come into make sure they are all members our our team.

Great experience for group texting. Hope we can work something out in our budget on the costs so we can use it more often.

It is an easy way to communicate with groups of persons in our organization and community. No more texting individually and hoping your get it right.

Cons

Price can be costs prohibitive at times so we are exploring other options to use in addition to EZ texting.

Easy of use to communicate with our team. Makes is so convenient for them also to have a number to use for calling in sick or ask questions.

Cons

Nothing, works great for what we use it for. Shouldn't have a minimum word count, lol- nothing to say!
