Sending texts out for emergency tickets is much easier. **Pros:** With the API, I was able to easily integrate to our internal home grown IT and Facilities ticketing system. Well done! **Cons:** Nothing yet. No regrets. I use it every day since adopting it. I used to use my cell phone and it was a hassle sending to groups. Not everyone is on WhatsApp so this has really helped. **Pros:** This has been a game changer for my tennis coaching business. I love the ease and simplicity of defining different groups and broadcasting notices and sending alerts to everyone in one swoop. I tried GoHighLevel and MailChimp but their SMS capabilities were made for a different use case. This is great for SMB direct communications and announcements. **Cons:** The only con I can say is there is one person who I get alerted received a group text that she is not on. When I ask her however, she does not get it. So it must be some type of name mismatch with my own number. Also, I wish there was a checkbox where a reply could go to everyone and a full thread with everyone could be maintained like an SMS thread. **Switched From:** [Mailchimp](https://www.capterra.com/p/110228/MailChimp/) **Reasons for Switching to EZ Texting:** Needed something easier. and faster to create groups with.
