Works great! I have been using EZ for the past three years primarily to keep in touch with my Agents and I am now begining to use it in my everyday prospecting!

Pros

This is by far the easiest Texting system I have used. Easy to use and a robust platform. Great for keeping in touch with my team and clients.

Cons

It get's a little tricky when I cut and paste. Had to take a minute to learn what works and what does not.

Easy to set up and extend integrate into internal web services. Sending texts out for emergency tickets is much easier.

Pros

With the API, I was able to easily integrate to our internal home grown IT and Facilities ticketing system. Well done!

Cons

Nothing yet. I cannot think of anything to add here, so just adding text to get to 100 minimum character length.

Pros

I appreciate the ease of the application. I also appreciate the young lady that walked me thru set-up as an administrator.

Cons

I still haven't been contacted about technical issues. Help PLEASE! I'm sharing the number with members but they need an acknowledgement that the text setup was successful.

Pros

As a marketer, I've used EZ Texting for over 10+ years now, across multiple different industries and business types - from consumer social apps to investing / fintech platforms. Specifically, EZ Texting's Workflows feature is bulletproof and so easy to set up, saving me hours per week in manual SMS campaign work. Additionally, I use their A/B testing feature to do split tests to gauge which SMS copies are resonating best with our audience to use the top converting copy at all times. EZ texting has fantastic safety features as well, helping ensure our messages are compliant and secure for our audience (love the two-factor authentication as well). Compared to other providers, EZ texting offers superior pricing / rates, and the platform does an excellent job notifying me if there's a pending message for review or any notable account alerts.

Cons

Honestly, none! I think EZ texting is the most user-friendly SMS platform for marketers, and their support team is always available for assistance.

We used EZ Texting all winter in inform our clients of their upcoming delivery and it worked awesome

Pros

LOVE how easy this is to use and send and schedule bulk texts quickly. This helped our business save valuable time making sure customers were ready for their deliveries, especially in the snow.

Cons

I wish the the basic package had a simple auto reply that this line is not monitored. Its amazing how many recipients respond with emergency questions.

Easy to use, very effective communication tool with employees and applicants. I have used for several years with no issues.

Cons

Cannot tell if message was read - I do like the feature that allows you to see messages that bounced so you can reach out for an updated phone number.

I have now been with the program for a little over a year and i've had a great experience overall! I would recommend it to anyone wanting to communicate regularly to their clients, teams or anything else.

Pros

I have enjoyed all of the options that I get whether it be texting to an entire list or doing drip campaigns, it has been a great experience. Before EZ Texting, I had never used any program like this before, and it was simple to set up.

Cons

Sometimes, understanding what campaigns to use for different circumstances we're slightly confusing, even though I was able to figure that out.

The overall experience is good. Easy to use. The prices are reasonable and the features are easy to use. I appreciate the delivery notifications to my mobile phone too.

Pros

The software is self-explanatory and easy to use. I like that I can respond to texts directly from the software and am able to track links. I really like the scheduling feature and that I am able to create different groups. I also like that I can temporarily suspend coverage.

Cons

I haven't figured how to use it from from my phone. I haven't seen options for integration with other software.

It has been great so far. I have been able to save so much time but being able to just contact my members right from my phone!

Pros

It is easy to navigate and use! People always say this could’ve been an email, in my case this could’ve been a text and finding EZ Texting has made my life easy!

Cons

It can get pricey when you go more than 1 credit but it is still worth it because it saves me so much time in not having to send an email.

Even though it’s a good value my previous text service was free so a little bummed about paying but it’s a good deal.

My care program at our hospital has been using EZ Texting (and TellMyCell before the change) for a few years now. We use it to remind patients about their upcoming appointments and we have noticed a sharp decline in no-show rates. Messages via EZ Texting are short and clear and we are extremely happy with the ease messages are made and sent. Our patients do very much appreciate the timely reminders. Thank You EZ Texting!

The ease to create appointment reminders for our patients and the possibility for patients to respond to them.

So far I have not found anything that I really do not like when using EZ Texting

At times pricing was unclear if you’re sending a sms message vs messages with urls or emojis I wish they was more clear.
