It’s easy to use. No special knowledge needed, just log in, create your message and send! It gives me my instant marketing communication in one, easy to use platform.

Pros

The ability to communicate instantly with my customers. They are also able to respond to my texts which go straight to my inbox.

Cons

I wish pricing was lower or would be nice to get a discount when buying credits in bigger bulk amounts.

Pros

Easy, intuitive platform to send text messages. Adding contacts is simple and I can get a message out in a matter of minutes.

Cons

The increaseing price structure is the only con of using . Other than that, everything else is great.

### "Decent enough "

It’s a decent platform but I wish they provided better training videos on how to fully access their features on the website itself.

Pros

It’s user friendly with all the tools and now AI features that are readily accessible. I really like the report results.

Cons

We don’t receive our main business through mass texting our specials. It is quite expensive to send out regular messages to our client lists for special deals we are promoting.

Excellent so far. I will likely stay with them for a long time. It was very easy to on board and to maintain.

Pros

Really easy to use, reliable, easy to add contacts, good value for what I’m paying. I also really like the option to have a local phone number.

Cons

Even though it’s a good value my previous text service was free so a little bummed about paying but it’s a good deal.

### "EZTesting - the answer to our marketing!"

I needed a solution for mass texting for my marketing to former patients; without a doubt, EZTexting met all of our needs: easy to use, inexpensive, and very powerful.

Pros

Great support from the staff, easy to use (it takes me about 6 minutes to create the campaign and plug in the phone numbers and send it), and the interface is comfortable to look at.

Cons

I do my mass-texting once a month so I sometimes forget the steps and have to learn anew each month how to do our campaigns

### "It really is EZ"

Ez text is just that EZ... easy to setup, easy to use.

Pros

Eazy to setup, able to get up and running fast.

Cons

Need to be able to segment users into teams with each team having their own phone number, inbox ect. so we don't have to have a bunch of accounts.

I will probably change to another texting service after our annual commitment. The lack of tech support is the only reason. The product otherwise is great!

Pros

is easy to use. Being able to add links and images is perfect. When texts are not "under review", they go out promptly.

Cons

Messages are often "under review" with little to no support for getting the text reviewed. This has caused a delay in getting critical information out to our members.

It's a simple platform that is easy to navigate and gets what you need done. I like the QR code option to have a client scan to opt in.

Just likes its name, it's easy to use. it's a simple platform that is easy to navigate and get what you need done.

Cons

I couldn't get a local number. I was able to get in the same area code, but not prefix. I don't think the clients notice though.

The system is okay, it does the job to get mass messaging out.

Pros

Mass texting capabilitites and having a central space to do this.

Cons

The plans are costly for the number of messages we can purchase. The monthly/annual plans are not helpful as our business needs to send messages out in larger numbers. Would like to see an app that we're able to use, and not just a web page.

Easy and simple to figure out and add numbers. It’s easy to make a text campaign and to add/removey numbers.

Pros

Easy and simple. I tried several other campaign text companies and all seemed much more confusing and not user friendly.

Cons

It is a bit pricey. I am from Canada so when I do the conversion it’s a bit expensive which isn’t ideal.

My boss is very happy with the results we have achieved from our EZ texts and for that I am pleased.

Pros

It is affordable and relatively user-friendly. I can get my messages out whenever I need to send a blast. I also enjoy that our groups and people can respond back so I can get head counts for events when folks RSVP.

Cons

The website is not very attractive. It's a bit dull, but that's okay, and I honestly prefer it. The simplicity and lack of issues when sending or creating make it worth it. I like it.

The customer service is impeccable! I really enjoyed working with the person assigned to me. She’s very helpful!

Pros

The fact that I do not have to individually send texts to all of my clients that’s wonderful!

Cons

I think the cost could be more reasonable, which would encourage me to use the service more often. Also, I wish that the text came directly from my phone number because some people may not recognize the EZ TEXT number.

It's been good -- The additional users say that it's had a good response.

Pros

Pretty simple user interface. Able to assign additional users easily.

Cons

Don't like the added cost for additional users. If they're sending messages that you've paid for, why $10/mo for them to just have a login?
