I would like to be able to send more characters or media for the cost of a a single credit.

Nothing, never use the serviuce but charged anyway.

Cons

Customer Service and Renwal policy, we are a non profit and we never used the service, which they can track usage, but they renewed the account an refused to refund the renewal Profiting from a charity is disgusting.

Overall I’m incredibly impressed with , the ease, the response time, it’s a win for me.

Pros

is an extremely easy way to connect with your customers and vendors. I can create a text and schedule it within minutes. There is also an AI feature you can use to make sure your message is “on track.” I have found that my vendors are responding more efficiently through texting vs email.

Cons

The pricing is a bit expensive and the FAQ is not direct when asking specific questions through Chat. I found myself upgrading within months because I was going through credits incredibly fast.

Reason for choosing EZ Texting

Textedly’s home page was not user friendly. The further I “dug” into their program, it was a disaster. I am someone who can go to a page and figure it out relatively quickly. Not on textedly. They also charged my account for a full year BEFORE my trial began. I did receive a full refund, but I would never recommend their product.

7-8 days over the past year, I have encountered issues with reports and data not reflecting uploads and transactions.

Pros

I can use the same set up on a daily basis.

Cons

When it is not uploading information correctly and I report it via text or form, I have never received a response. Eventually the issue is fixed but there is no interaction with a live man or woman available.

Segmentation for customers. Would like to tag customers and mass erase customers from groups. Or have a Zap set up that can do so as well!

I really like it. I was going to use MailChimp's built-in SMS because that's where I do my email marketing, but cost-wise, makes more sense for me.

Pros

Pretty easy to use. I like that I buy credits as I use them and use them when I need them. I like the feature of being able to pause my account for $5 a month.

Cons

I'm having trouble with an integration with MailChimp. I wish my contacts were syncing between the two platforms automatically. It's probably user error, but it was tricky for me to figure out so I just upload contacts manually now.

My overall experience has been excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my training at the beginning because I was able to get questions answered by one of experts.

Pros

I like that you can create multiple keywords associated to your phone number.

Cons

The least thing that I like is the inability to add other phone numbers other than the admin phone number to get the delivery reports, forms and etc…

I highly recommend it. I have implemented it with other clients (I also have a small marketing agency), and it's perfect. There are not too many bells and whistles, which I like. It just gets the job done very efficiently.

Pros

It was very simple to setup and get up and running. Dumping our phone list was painless. I had our first text out in under 10 minutes. The reporting is almost immediate and keywords easy to implement. We use this in conjunction with a fraternal order and the golf league. It's ideal for keeping people informed and even the seniors have phones that receive texts. They love it.

Cons

I haven't found anything not to like yet. Easy, cost-effective and does the job.

It is so user friendly. We tried many platforms to communicate with our employees. This is the best.

Easy to use, you can schedule messages in advance

Cons

Text format in preview is not always the same as what is sent, sometimes there's extra spaces and the pictures are sometimes sent before or after the text, you cant decide where its sent
