Pros

Easy to use and works great for my use. I do not have the typical sales roll that I believe this platform is typically used rather I am in Human Resources and use it as a recruiting tool as well as for communication to employees.

Cons

Nothing from EZ Texting but wish they were integrated with BambooHR to make it easier to load and off load employees.

Great, convenient and Organized. I have been a customer with EZ text for 5 years, and like the convenient and easy to navigate user interface. I also like there are not too many options because it is not needed and can get confusing on a texting platform. It is a great functional tool for our business; we use it every day numerous times to make our and clients lives more organized and to simplify daily operations. I get a lot of recommendations from different people about changing this platform but i see that this delivers perfectly why would i change.

Cons

Helpdesk/ Troubleshooting- If there is a problem (rarely although) it is very difficult to get a hold of a live person and takes a long time to fix issues (24 hrs or more). I would like to see that change as this is not fun for a business. Secondly, i would like to save some templates and communications to come back and send them. Wish that can be possible.

Lots of unnecessary promo emails- but very glad for how easy it is to use and how easy to track how many texts we've sent. I appreciate ability to duplicate, schedule or send recurring messages.

Pros

Like the quick contact list adding with copy and paste. We give opt in our online registration for our community center's after school programs and utilize EZ Text for program updates for parents. It's so helpful to update quickly from our spreadsheet.

Cons

The app used to be helpful but is not not helpful at all. For whatever reason, I'm not able to send texts to our ready made groups. The functionality of the app version is not great compared to the easy use of the web browser version.

### "Quality Product, Credits Can Get Expensive Though"

Customer support is responsive when you have questions, overall it's a good product, We use it frequently for our bar and restaurants.

Pros

Easy to work with, the product itself has a fair amount of features. Easy to understand for non technical people.

Cons

We're on a grandfathered plan, the credits they provide for an annual subscription has grown kinda out of whack compared to the size of our list. So in general, credits have become very expensive given we have a large list.

Great! It helps us reach clients and get calls scheduled all the time! There are many people I would have never gotten on the phone without EZ texting!

Pros

Love how easy it is to use and make campaigns. It's great for getting in contact with people who don't use email as often.

Cons

Nothing. They have fixed issues through the years and appear to listen to their consumers. I'd be surprised if someone was able to come up with a negative.

The overall experience is good. Easy to use. The prices are reasonable and the features are easy to use. I appreciate the delivery notifications to my mobile phone too.

Pros

The software is self-explanatory and easy to use. I like that I can respond to texts directly from the software and am able to track links. I really like the scheduling feature and that I am able to create different groups. I also like that I can temporarily suspend coverage.

Cons

I haven't figured how to use it from from my phone. I haven't seen options for integration with other software.

I find it easy to use and definitely gets more attention especially over emails for last minute reminders or to share news.

Pros

We use this for texting with our coworkers with news on upcoming meetings, events and news... at least 2 to 3 times a week. It works well for these communications.

Cons

If we use an emoji or special character it uses so many more credits so we do not tend to use these which is a shame. Also if we need to purchase more credits it auto sends the message without the option to revert to scheduling.

EZ Texting offers us anonymity and ease of communicating with our future employees as well as our current employees. We are able to communicate with candidates before we hire and many of our candidates find it very convenient for them to communicate with us.

When forwarding to an outside phone number, the replies come back as just numbers. It would be easier for us if we were able to see who the message was coming from.

Pros

Super simple to use with all the features our Agency is looking for in a bulk texting platform at a reasonable price! Delivery percentages are high, response rates are too!

Cons

I really don't have any cons. I've used other bulk texting platforms and EZ Texting lives up to it's name, EZ. Which is what I need.

Pros

The quick response from customers once a text is sent is very positive. It is very easy to use, and we love the media additions. The cost is much cheaper than print advertising, as well as, more direct and personally focused.

There is not much about EZ Texting that needs improvement. It does exactly what we want with very little hassle.

It was very easy to get started. The app is very suer-friendly and does what we need it to do. We wanted a text-only number and it's working great.

Pros

EZ Texting was easy to set up and simple to use. I was able to get a local number and was up and running within an hour.

Cons

The credit balance system is a little different than what we were used to, but we figured it out and it seems to work ok.

### "Great for Irrigation Districts"

My experience has been great. The patrons in our irrigation district also love that they get updates. One of the best perks is that they can text back and it goes to my cell phone.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use and navigate. I needed to enter over 100 contacts in the program and it was very quick and easy to enter and categorize my contacts.

Cons

I don't like the review process. There are times that I need to send a text out right at that moment. For instance I needed to send a text saying that we were going to apply chemicals to weeds in our irrigation canals and the review took quite a long time because it had the word weed in it.

EZ Texting has met my needs for mass communication. It is not perfect, but very good for what it does.

Pros

Easy to use. Easy to upload the contacts that you need. The ability to upload pictures and links is also helpful. Scheduling messages.

Cons

It take a little bit of time to get the hang of character count. It is also important to let clients know to check spam folders as even after consent the texts can still get forwarded to a spam folder.

For some reason we got many that we had verified but they responded with “Wrong name” “ I’m not (first name)

I enjoyed the value that you get for your money. For reasonable prices, you get great features and services.

Cons

Honestly, there wasn't anything that comes to mind that I did not like. I am pleased with my plan so far.

A++. We are a small company, so the fee charged monthly was a large factor in signing up. Once we began using the system, we were pleasantly surprised with the functionality. It’s easy to setup, easy to use and has very powerful tools to stay in touch with our customers with respect to notifications and marketing. Ez texting has had a wonderful impact on our business.

Pros

The ease of setting up my account. We are a very small business so the fee structure was perfect for us. We love ex texting!

Cons

We shopped around for a texting solution and decided to go with ex texting because of their fee structure. There is nothing that we do not like.

It’s easy to use. No special knowledge needed, just log in, create your message and send! It gives me my instant marketing communication in one, easy to use platform.

Pros

The ability to communicate instantly with my customers. They are also able to respond to my texts which go straight to my inbox.

Cons

I wish pricing was lower or would be nice to get a discount when buying credits in bigger bulk amounts.

Cons

Building groups from a mobile device can be clunky at times. Cutting and pasting is effective and yet annoying
