Limited Integration Options: ProTexting's integration options with other marketing tools or social media platforms are somewhat limited.
There was no live chat or phone support, which made it difficult to get answers to my questions in a timely manner. Additionally, the user interface of the app was outdated and not very user-friendly.
I had to repeat the whole procedure 2-3 times to complete the signup process. That is the only difficulty I faced till now.
Haven't came across any point to dislike ProTexting, looking forward to use it for SMS marketing campaigns.
