As we all know mobile has become the best companion of the people on this planet and in such time, text messaging is the best way to promote, to inform, to make a announcement or anything that we can do on text messeging as people can't ignore the texts they receive, and most people see the texts received on their mobile most frequently.

Pros

We like the automated response and text scheduling features, as we can easily schedule the text on which time we want to send the messages and people can inquire their problem with the help of automated response. Then comes the poll features which we use to get the openion polls on certain product from the people. The pricing is quite good and suitable for all kind of organisations, and we got it for 49 dollars per month which I think is quite fair, but the pricing of the product starts from 79 dollars a month, we got it in less in a campaign that was being run by the company at that particular time

Cons

All though i don't think i have anything to describe in this section but customer support team could be more responsive. Deployment can take little bit longer for new people as it is highly professional in this section too.

I had a wonderful experience using this software / tool, I was not aware before that this type of tools exist and when I just learned the marketing skills it's the first and yet the last best software I've been using which indeed helps you in marketing your business in just clicks with your date.

Pros

I like all the features they have till now, they work fine in every frame of work and I love it...This ProTexting software helps you so much and saves you a lot of work with it's features which basically also helps you a lot of conversion to your business. They just work so perfect and I love they're adding the value to their customers.

Cons

The least I like is the design of the website and I feel they should develop their website for both PC and mobile users because the world has major portion of mobile users and this is where they should work some. It's a suggestion for them to work on UI / UX of the website, that's it.

Pros

This customisation with 2way response with a contact list saves our time a lot. We don't need to manually type the numbers to send messages as the contact list has our numbers saved. Automated reply feature is amazing.

Tool is little bit costly as compared to others. It needs to be price reduced. Some times tool takes time to respond.

Pro texting has been good so far. From the affordable pricing to swift customer care service. The interface is user friendly as anyone can navigate through the app without prior knowledge. The bulk SMS and Poll opinions has helped us reach out and interact with a handful of prospects or leads with minimum effort.

Pros

My favorite feature on this software is being able to forward bulk SMS to hundreds of contacts at a go. This particular feature has made content sharing with my editors and clients quite easy. The automated text is quite a great feature too for busy days. All my text gets delivered at specific time I want them with no hassle of any type.

Cons

I noticed not long ago that two to three of my contacts still don't get any of my automated text delivered to them. I just need to always send to them directly. I hope this can be worked on in the next update.

Protexting is a great marketing tool. I have tried it for my startup, and it has been great. I have tried a few other SMS platforms too, and this one is by far the best. The others either didn't work at all, or the number of texts I could send at once was way too limited. Protexting however, can send hundreds of texts, and they automatically split up texts into groups, so they don't get spammed by your user's phone. I highly recommend this app if you want to do SMS marketing.

I have tried a lot of text messaging and email marketing products in the past. But I have to say that ProTexting is by far the best platform I have tried. I have been using it for a few months now and I am very impressed with the platform. It has an amazing free version that you can use and if you need any additional features, you can upgrade to the paid version. The free version allows you to send SMS messages, emails and create Facebook posts.

Pros

I have been a ProTexting user for over a 7 monts now. I used to sign up for the free plan but I quickly realized that I could do a much better job using their paid plans. The paid plans are very affordable and have plenty of features. I have been using their email management software and have been impressed with the quality and customer service. They are very responsive and do what they can to help you.

Cons

I'm glad I found ProTexting because it's like having a personal assistant. I can text my marketing team and they'll reply with an email or send me a text, which helps me to share my marketing message with more people. I didn't have any problems in general.

They can work a bit towards the reporting/analytics shown in their dashboard. Also, pricing is something that they can improve to get more clients.

Because one of my clients was using ProTexting, they've introduced it to me, and what I like most about the product is that it's very easy to use and to navigate through the software. So far, I didn't have the problems, like the app crashing or so. Also, the whole integration with the other apps, works great for me.

Cons

I had some issues to set up my account, but can't tell if it that was just me or if it's a problem in general.
