Communication has drastically improved!

Pros

I appreciate the ease of use most. But the features and support are really great too. I did a lot of research before moving forward with Simple Texting and I am still so happy with our decision. We appreciate the automated emails that get sent for birthdays. It's a personal touch without being too much!

Cons

Simple Texting was so easy to work with and get going. Our employees love it and it's our main source of communication in our manufacturing environment.

Very simple to set up, I set up in less than 1 hour when COVID 19 hit, so that we could communicate with our clients about group therapy that was moving online overnight. Has been a great tool to keep our clients connected in a difficult time.

Pros

Easy to add clients and very quick to send out and edit text

Cons

Pricing for what we use the product for is a little steep. Although not bad, we don't use many of the features, nor do we need them. It would be nice if there was a version with fewer features that would be more cost effective for smaller groups.

I like that we can use this software with our current number to receive and send texts showing our company number.

Cons

It kept blocking our texts saying we reached our limit. There were no further details until we reached out that this was taking place to stop potential spam.

We have been able to make and retain great contacts and we can reach a larger audience than ever before!

Pros

This was user friendly and we were able to begin using right away. The free trial and the monthly costs are great to begin with and the ability to upgrade quickly is nice. I also like the email notifications.

Cons

Sometimes our messages are reviewed and that takes away some urgency, but with the rules and regs it makes sense that that has to be done.

These people really went above and beyond to help me set up my code and give us the best deal. They helped resolve a few issues I was having very quickly and were so responsive to my messages through their "chat" service. I've also been very pleased with the platform itself! One thing that I wish we could see is when autoresponder messages have indeed been sent. Right now my only confirmation that my 2week delayed autoresponder is sending is that my number of messages sent (total) for the last week is disproportionate to the number of new subscribers. I think there is some room to develop the user-friendliness of the platform, but in general, it does its job. I wish analytics had more some more abilities regarding how many subscribers and trends across weeks that I can define myself.

It does exactly what I want to.

Cons

The online platform could be more comprehensive and user friendly

It wasn't clear to me that the credits are being used with each text I send. I now understand that.

Pros

There are two things that I like most about this software. The first thing I liked is that it was very easy to setup and get started. I didn't need to work with the API to get a simple signup form on my site. The second thing I liked most is the customer support via online chat, which is extremely helpful.

Cons

I wish it had full marketing campaigns that we could launch on autopilot that could collect and market to our subscribers with minimal input from us.

I have had some difficulty conecting with support. Once I get connected, the support has been very helpful.

Great customer support! Solid UX. Clear pricing. Simple Texting makes it easy for me to have meaningful 1:1 connections with my fans. I wish there was an easy way to send voice notes via simple texting.

Pros

Very easy to get set up and start messaging customers

Cons

There is a lot more room to do advanced re-targeting. For example, I want to be able to retarget customers who respond to a text blast. These are highly engaged people—and I wish I could target them separately from customers who have never replied to any of my text blasts.

We're using SimpleTexting to communicate with our donors and engage with other supporters and customers on a daily basis.

Pros

The user interface is simple to navigate and it's super easy to get started. The other options were underdeveloped or too intimidating to onboard. A huge plus is that they gave us a nonprofit discount—and we didn't even have to ask!

Cons

There was nothing I liked least. I've been impressed from the start.

It's easy to use for any of our staff. It gives us a simple solution for communicating with college students and their advisors who attend our meetings.

Cons

No ala cart, one-time option, so we have to unsubscribe after we use it for an event. STaff was helpful with the unsubscribe request though.

it is easy to use and efficient. I like how I can mass text with hit and tell patients their appointment times

Cons

some of the patients get confused about the first text that gets sent out about data rates. They think it is spam messages and then they opt out

Pros

Easy to setup and use. The data tracking is better than our previous texting application. Being able to resend people a text who clicked on our link had been very beneficial. I strongly recommend SimpleText.

Cons

I haven’t had any negative experiences with the software. The price point and ease of use are perfect.

overall this service has been great with almost every keyword I needed was available and the pricing is hard to beat for the features offered.

Pros

The feature set with this product has been some of the best I've tested. There are some very small and simple free options out there but with this pricing its the way to go. For a small fee you get a large amount of capabilities with the ease of instant expansion.

Cons

I have not come across anything that I just don't like with this service.

It allows me to customize a message each week to those that have opted in for our text updates and the user interface is very straight forward and simple

If your message is longer then it will count your one text as multiple texts and you will be charged extra for it

She is an example of what all companies who offer online should aspire to be like. I would make her a trainer....just my input? One good employee can make a big difference in a customers experience. She's a good one!!

SimpleTexting has made it more convenient to receive texts fro our business. It has also reduced the amount of times clients contact me on my personal line.

Pros

SimpleTexting has been helpful in getting information from those who do not have access to a computer. It also allows us to receive text messages and pictures without having to give clients our personal phone numbers.

Cons

Pictures take twice as long to come through or do not come through at all. This is a huge con because a lot of our texts consist of pictures which we need to quote our jobs.

That's so great that SimpleTexting has been so helpful in you moving away from using your personal phone numbers and being able to contact those who don't have access to a computer! Regarding pictures, I wanted to let you know that unfortunately, the industry sizing limitation for incoming images is 600KB, which could be contributing to your experience. (This is a cell phone carrier limitation rather than a platform limitation). What we recommend in order to avoid this entirely is to have your customers send you links to their images (lots of folks use iCloud or Google Photo links to their photos). :) Feel free to reach out to us at support@simpletexting.net and we'd be happy to chat through all of this in greater detail!
