AA Alex A. Used the software for: ### "Fantastic tool for outreach!!" October 18, 2016 5.0 The team at SimpleTexting has been great from free trial through purchase and after implementation. Ease of use is insane as I can tell you my timeline didn't allow for any reading or tutorials and I have successfully been able to get my messages out to my audience with ease. Customer support through the live chat is quite honestly my best online chat/online support experience. My team got a full return on the cost within two hours and I think my audience will receive the greatest value through our education efforts. Simple Texting is making that possible as we reach our audience where they are. If I have any feedback it is simply reporting and managing the "data" I received through responses or automation. But! Cons I guess I wish I had only signed up for the lowest package. I was just trying to collect emails from a conference and last year since I got 200, I figured i would need the bigger package, but it turns out I just got 25, the limit of the package, so i paid for the month which maybe I shouldn't have. But also, I noticed a few people unsubscribed from it immediately, and didn't actually click the link it sent them, to go to mail chimp and sign up for our email. Easy onboarding and some good functionality for the price. Cons Product has a good design, we found the web forms useful. Didn't have many complaints about the usability. Maybe a little more functionality in the free plan but overall the app is not expensive compared to other services. Pros The software is cost effective, particularly when working to scale or pilot an SMS program. It's easy to use and very intuitive. Cons The biggest challenge is not being able to assign multiple people to a billing role. This is frustrating and silly as only one person has access to receipts, billing information. Pros Fairly easy to get up and running. Offers basic functionality. Cons Have had issues with functionality with sending campaigns, doesn't offer open rates, times, or reporting which I feel is important to marketing/communication programs like this. We setup different campaigns for each of our medical offices and upload patients into system weekly to send out the text messages. Pros It is simple to use just like there name says 'SimpleTexting' Cons I have not found anything that I don't like yet. Reason for choosing SimpleTexting After some review of other system, this look to be the simplest to use and setup. Plus, the cost of their services was the best value.
