July 11, 2017 4.0 Pros The dashboard is easy to use and laid out in a simple clear way. Uploading contacts is a breeze so is sending out marketing campaigns. However, the absolute best thing I've experienced so far is the amazing customer service. Sean has quickly and effectively answered any and all of my questions. Pros I like that the software is very easy to use. You don't have to be a techie to use it. Cons I don't like that when I have a question i can't seem to get an immediate answer. Using this software was a horrible experience, as I had to deal with incompetent employees who banned me. Cons Absolutely horrible experience. Cons The text sent out to customers when they sign up count toward my monthly limit. You have to keep a close eye on your plan as customers sign up so you don't go over the limit as each text sent when you go over your limit is pricey (would really add up if you had a lot of subscribers). Also the products works well :) I do prefer the current theme as the new one seemed unstable to me. Cons Wish I could buy credits rather than monthly subscription. Pros SimpleTexting is a really great platform for sending out large quantity group texts. It really cuts down on the time you spend sending out individual texts so you can move on to other tasks.
