Pros: It is easy to use, format is good for purchasing product, compiles reports pretty easily, has all the bells and whistles to make it work.

Cons: Constant changes that cause the day to day and monthly accounts to be off when calculating on the front end and back end. Lbs, net tons, and gross tons across the software seem to be improperly applied. When changes are made everyone gets the change, no specific customization or lock in for individual customers. Adjustments are slow to come about when problems are identified. We seem to be in a constant state of flux.

Overall: Inventory has been made some simpler. Daily ticket creation is more streamlined and customer information is entered and saved fairly simply. Looking at history has been made more easily accessible. Our major concern has been the constant changes that do not fit our business very well, causing some of our historical business information to be wrong or in a state that is not easily deciphered.
