It has been a big change in ways to handle jobs efficiently and quickly. Pros That if I had a problem with computer camaras, scanner or whatever it may be that I can connect with customer support and get the problem fixed right away. Cons When I would have an issue with setting prices for certain customers and not public price that it doesn't stay current in the system and it has to be done all over again. I've enjoyed my time with WeighPay. Pros I love the auto re-grade feature, allowing for shrinkage and split commodities if need be. It really saves time and leaves minimal room for error. Cons There's room for growth on dispatching trucks and asset management. Switched from [ReMatter](https://www.capterra.com/p/205577/ReMatter/) I switched jobs, was forced to. It is easy to use and new users require little training to get up to speed Pros WeighPay makes it quick and easy for my team to create weighbridge tickets with photos of the load and correct pricing for each customer and send them through to our backend accounting system. When the market changes I can quickly update the base prices and the system will automatically push through the updated prices for each customer Cons In our market we are required to make all payments to customers via bank transfers, rather than cash or cheque. WeighPay doesn't let us capture the bank details for new customers in the WeighPay software itself, so these need to be entered later into our payments system. It has streamlined our green waste recycling yard operations by integrating both scale management and point of sale in one system. It has made it easier to track material weights and manage transactions. While there were some initial learning curves and technical issues, the customer support team has always been quick to address them. Weighpay's support team is the most responsive and attentive team we have dealt with. Overall, WeighPay has improved our efficiency making it an essential tool for our business. Pros The program is customizable to fit your specific operation. The system has a comprehensive reporting tool and provides live data to track your operations in real-time. It integrates well with Quickbooks desktop, which can be a rare find. Cons The system is highly customizable which requires additional time and training to implement.
