Pros Its easy to navigate on the page, it doesn't have too much clutter so that makes it easy to use. The availability of learning offline and online and on mobile devices is a big plus. I like the personalised training feature and that you can track employees performance. Cons I could not figure out how to use it well, and Adobe's resources were sparse. Youtube videos were not all that helpful either. I also went to look at what others are doing with the software after not being able to figure out how to use it, and I did not find work that met the expectations of what we wanted to build made. I like how easy it is to use and the general feel of the product. Cons I felt the customer support left a lot to be desired. We were going to go with this product, the only piece missing was a trial of it to really get a feel for it. I felt like we were being pushed to purchase every time I asked a question about it. I downloaded trial versions to show managers how they could specialize training and track their employees as they worked through their training program. Pros Captivate Prime has a very streamlined UI and has a pretty straightforward management capability with many features that make it easier for the user. Pros Captivate Prime is very easy to navigate and set up compared to other LMSs I've evaluated in the past. Customer support is extremely helpful and very responsive. The new improvements in functionality and features are a big win. The options to have different domains while being able to share content between them is probably my favorite feature. Cons My least favorite thing about the system is how it utilizes cookie on your system each time you log in. If the learner does not use the "Sign Out" option and just closes the browser it makes it impossible for another to log in until the history is cleared. Review Source BH Brayden H. I do not understand the home page, it is very confusing. Pros I like the remote use of the system, being able to complete training without having to go to a training site. Cons I hate the way it is set up, I have had nothing but problems with this system from the time I started to enroll and through today. I hate using this system for training. And no one seems to know exactly what the issues are. I have had to have my access reestablished 3 times. it is just a system i do not like to use.
