I think my overall experience has been great. We used it for training for about 6 weeks every day.

Pros

I think it has an amazing view were you can have a video chat and also have the chat room on the side with options to raise your hands.

Cons

When we did our tele conference with out whole division it was lagging a little bit.

I liked the varying options for presenting information, especially compared to PowerPoint which is what our company relies upon.

Cons

For our business, Captivate did not offer exactly what we needed. Honestly, it offers more than what we can use, and therefore, we can not justify spending the money for the software at this time.

I spent some time attempting to use it but it would not activate, so eventually I gave up and put it in the too hard basket. I am quite capable with a computer and work online but this software didn't give me a chance to test it because it would not activate for whatever reason.

Pros

Can't really say because I was unable to try it out!

Cons

Could NOT activate it on my computer for some reason!

1\. Price. Adobe products have been always expensive. 2. No marketing has been done for this product. Just google and see if you can find anything about this LMS! 3. Not being mobile responsive!!

From a User Interface point of view, the SPA single web page architecture enhances the performance of the site. Its nice that you can integrate with third party apps using the APIs that it provides.

Cons

Some features need more customizations and it needs more inbuilt applications instead of third-party integration.

Pay attention to what you sign up for and be prepared for renewal rates. I had to use the program for a job interview and missed the piece about the annual fee.

Pros

It can be a great product if you know how to use all the features.

Cons

It is not intuitive and I would suggest you use YouTube as the instructional videos are not as clear as home users.

It is really good for design, it is easy to understand and to present to colleagues so they can understand easily.

Pros

What it like the most about this program is the many features and its organisation. It is easy to set up and you figure it out quickly. It now contains bookmark and overlay which allows it to edit video easier.

Cons

It is kind of a slow program and it is a little high priced. It gets really hard to build up layers. When you use specific features it starts to slow down
