Pros

Adobe is user friendly, and easy to use! I like this PDF viewer because a lot of customers use it as well!

Cons

A major con to me is that Adobe doesn't have document storage - it also is hard to mark up the documents.

Captivate is definitely a robust tool, and it would be ideal for mid-size - enterprise companies. If you're a small startup, or have humble training needs or experience, I would look elsewhere.

Pros

Its simplicity, as it uses other platform such as MS power point, a regular user wouldn't find any difference with what she /he has been doing in the past when using a presentation builder software. Actually, when I used it, I was in a hurry and there was no time for a learning curve, and the simplicity of the use of this software allowed me to complete my task without having to spend much time in getting to know a new software. And when I had to finally use the Captivate Prime software, it was not so difficult, on the opposite, it was very intuitive.

Cons

In other circumstances ( with no time limitations), It think the software should have more options, at list for users with more advanced skills.
